I notice at about 0:08 you throw out an otoshi. Funny, I was just thinking about using this as an alternative to a tick throw, block string or overhead after a couple of crouching jabs or something. A lot of Akuma's will jab jab, flip, grab and it seems extremely effective. Was something like this your intention with the otoshi? Is it effective in practice?
I'm a stick player being forced to play on pad, so I'm not going to even lie when I say the otoshi was a complete accident.
I haven't tried it out at all, mostly because if I use jabs and shorts to hit confirm for EX hurricane. It might be something to try if they block the jabs, but there's no way I'm passing up her biggest opportunity for damage if I hit those jabs. Not sure if otoshi overheads either.
I just found another really tricky ex tatsu reset. If you manage to hit them with an ex tatsu in the corner, you can walk all the way under them, reset them with crouching short, and then dash BACK out of the corner, so you end up crossing under them twice.
It doesn't work on all characters. Out of those I've tested, it has worked on Ryu, Ken, Chun, Rose, and Sakura, and it didn't work on Dictator, Rufus, or Sagat.

Yeah, I meant try it if they were blocking.
