We didnt have a belt harness. Hard on the Stomach. 7 foot rod didnt help. 15lb drag is a lot on a spinning rod. My Penn 50's are set at 20lbs with 100lb test. That does the job in less than an hour.
I think that fish was 62 inches long. Most of the tuna in that size range have been around 140 or so in weight. The 50 inch fish have been around 100lbs.
