How ever did I miss this? I don't remember this popping up on subscription box.

OK first and foremost I like the small changes to the script, they were closer to the Japanese. My only nitpick is the use of Act V I would have opted for another or kept it original.After all it wasn't quite known yet.

The mixing was good, and I like the creativity used on Genesis's blade. I did notice that a few of the SFX were of a lower quality than the others, but they were used well so its not too bad.

@The3rd23790 Sephiroth: Much like what I've said about the FFStill version I like it. I think it might stand to be a bit lighter (he is only 25 in this game), but that's totally up to you. I do get the feelings that the voice causes some strain on the vocal chords though. Still a good performance.

Genesis: I'm fairly sure this is the best of the four performances. Your voice and delivery seem the most relaxed and comfortable with Genesis and he has the smoothest delivery of the cast.

@The3rd23790 Angeal: I think that this might be the poorest performance of the four. At the same time He doesn't have many lines and so its hard to say. Like Sephiroth I feel it was a bit forced on certain lines.

Zack: I know how you feel about him and you know what I think of yours. Its not bad, I'd have to hear more to see if it was the change from the last dub that I'm waiting to hear though.

All in all I still enjoyed it. Well done Christian.

Whoa! Cool! This is great! I liked how you added all the sounds and mixed things up a little. I noticed some of the lines were different from the original and that's pretty cool how you did that. I still think you rock as Sephiroth! :D

don't worry, i know how it sounds and looks and all of it was intentional. whenever i make videos nowadays (in real life for work, video editing job) they always reprimand me on my leveling. saying i make the voices stand out too much (which i only got used to doing when i started voice acting) which is a big no no for actual film. reason being the voice "floats".

so i actually had to audio master this. trying it on different speakers. and...

@TwilightChaser37 ...this is as close to actual movie style sound leveling. SFX on the otherhand shouldn't be more than 90% louder than the background noise for huge areas of space.

i know this editing style is unusual for Fandubs since it doesn't focus more on the voice acting but i think i'll stick with the realistic "physics approved" mixing for scenes with graphics of this caliber. :)

oh and i'm not caz! O_O haha

well the sound fx mixing couldd use a little practice. Andd usingg the lightsaber-like sound was clever, yet it didn't seem to fit in as well.

mostly however, the video turned into an overwhelmed sound box.... (no offense man but I LOVE UR work u kno ;D just wanna helpp ya get bettter!! Constructive Criticism y'kno?)

So to fix that:

DON'T have the music overpower the entire video (aka. louder than the fx or VA's)

Voices seemed to get quieter towards the end (especially with Angeal)

@TwilightChaser37 the light saber thing was my personal twist, i actually made this 2 months ago but never posted it since i was too lazy to record battle grunts and stuff. XP i had this sound exactly like the original at first... but during playback i found it boring (since it was like the original) so i put a lot of different things to make it my own. :)

Yeah I hate Typhoon Basyang so much I didn't have electricity yesterday until 10 pm while trying to recover from slight fever, sore throat, coughs and colds then I recovered because of lemons and honey.

Love the fandub. I love Genesis Rhapsodos, Sephiroth and Angeal. I love this fight as well!! Kuya Christian, you are awesome!

1: I would've liked to hear two different contact sounds whenever Genesis or Angeal attacked Sephiroth. Kinda of making the two more distinct like making Gensis' either louder or deeper to show he's being more agressive. Even before he takes on Sephiroth alone just to hint at what happens later

2: Genesis' spinning sounds a bit out of place. Just sounds too fast.

3: Sephiroth cutting the fire. Having the blade contact sounds works but it stills sounds off. Though I'm not sure what you could replace it with.

4: When Angeal blocks both Sephiroth and Angeal's attacks again I would've liked to hear two contact noises but again that's me being picky.

OKAY THAT"S IT! That's all I could find that that I could really nitpick about and most of the is just personal preference anyway. Who knows maybe it'll help. Awesome job as always!

2. it was slow to begin with, but it sounded really off. so i just counted the number of 360 spins and placed the SFX everytime his word passed in front of him.

3. that part i copied from the original video itself.

1. well great minds think alike i'm guessing. i made Genesis sound really aggressive at first. but at playback it didn't match his expressions and for some reason made him seem really weak due to the exertion of effort. O_O

I helped Anath with the Kingdom Hearts scene SFX and when I saw your comment on wanting feedback on the editing I'd thought I'd go full force on it. Glad it helped :) Oh by the the way comment number one was actually just about Gensis' sword contact sounds being either louder or deeper not his exertion grunts. Also I'll try to do this more often from now on buddy!.

It's like hanging a portrait and asking how the frame looks. It's a compliment if they don't say a word. ( Although, I don't really know what editing or mixing really are XD )
