It was basically them redoing 1 and getting rid of the "mistakes". But to hide that they brought in the costumes to go along with the diffrent themed boards.

Most of my friends agree that the first four Mario Parties were the best, but it went downhill. I personally enjoy Mario Party 7's eight player mode though. I get to play as both Wario brothers at the same time! No hard decisions!

I have 2, 6, and 8 and think that 2 is the worst and 8 is the best... 6 was closer to 8 than 2. Not a big fan of game 2's games.

It would have been the best if not for the rotate-the-control-stick games. Nne of the others had the gimick, and they did much better. The first one had the supperior soundtrack though.

atually mp4 was a success. mp3 was one of the last n64 games, which caused it to sell poorly.

Never had the original Mario Party so I have an understanding of how the title screen sounds now
