Also, carrying on from my last comment, I PMd Blitz regarding that XG topic, and I was constantly harrassed over it. I even said sorry, but you still didn't drop it! And another thing. Can I at LEAST be able to submit MIDIs to the site? Also, I don't like the way Daniel (dw_junon) asks me to respond so he knows I read it, but he NEVER fucking responded to mine. I sent it like 3 days after I got banned! (Actually I haven't got a single e-mail on that gmail account since his e-mail, AFAIK).

my hands are tied. technically i don't think you should be site banned/banned from uploading anyway, but it's not my decision to make, and other staff members aren't in favour of removing the ban in any shape or form. your lack of social grace has landed you in that position - heck, look at yourself now, flooding this video with unrelated comments :) this is the sort of behaviour that lands you in hot water. not that i really mind; just saying...

All that happened was that I made a topic in the Suggestions board (whatever it's called), and then what ever it was, got fixed. But I didn't say thankyou. I was called an ass.... and was banned. Pretty much. And before that, remember the XG topic? "Your compositions on a something" topic? You (not you personally, but VGMusic Forums as a whole), just kept trying to piss me off (mostly Aethis and Mr.X or whatever IIRC). I said sorry, IIRC, but you STILL kept "attacking me", yet I got banned.

i loaded SMK samples into my sampler in my sequencer, and used them on the original "GrantKelly" midi sequence. or are you confused about how i got the SMK samples in the first place?

Both. Is this something that requires the "God dammit why did I get Vista" XG? Also, what sequencer do you use? And, yes, how did you get the samples? And well as someone said, can you do some other songs, like this? Like the SMB theme? Or another of your MIDIs?

the samples are ripped from SPCs using a command line utility called 'openspc' - then made into a soundfont. my sequencer is Logic, for what it's worth. and nope, nothing to do with XG.

i'd like to do more stuff with the SMK samples sometime, for sure. this was just a bit of fun.
