I drive a 6.0L Powerstroke (VT365) in my international 4200 service truck. After 150,000 miles, it won't start below 20 degrees without being plugged in. Truck has 300,000 miles, and its on its 2nd engine. Only good thing is the Allison tranny which is still original! :D so just an FYI...the six liters don't last long.
@commiesarelame I know of a 6.0 2003 model around that last time I saw it, it had 325,XXX miles on it. It still ran like a champ and starts just fine and everything. Wish I didn't get a new phone because my iphone wont let me upload new videos. I started my truck the other it sat over night and started it the next morning at 13 degrees not plugged in, I couldn't plug it in and it fired up just like this video. Right now my truck has been problem free, but I have all deletes.
@commiesarelame cool, but like I said it was the first really cold day and this is also the first time I've owned a powerstroke and just wanted to see how good she would start. Other day it got down to about 20 and I didn't plug it in and it fired right up. Thanks for the comment though!!
