anyway, instead of u proposing to them, there is just a cutscene where they ask you when u would want to get married and u can answer 'spring, summer, autumn, winter, im not ready to get married yet', this lets u decide kinda when u want to get married and the last one makes them wait and ask the question 1 season later. after they ask and u say a season, when that season comes, they randomly pop the question! -^o^- sound cute?

actually, there was one where you play as a girl (I think it was a psp version) where once you got the affection up and saw all the heart events, the guy would propose to you (the downside is the game would then end)
