Plastic surgey cannot fix emotional issues.
It is clear that this young lady appears distressed and unsatisfied after seeing what her new nose looks like.
She still sees something she doesn't like even though she has accomplished her aesthetic goal with respect to her nose (i.e. making it appear more smaller or more feminine).
Personally, I am not in favour of plastic surgery which strips one's ethnicity. Certain ethnic groups have larger noses that are part of who they are.

Most women who are 7 or lower in looks usually lack men who want to marry them.
