To have a efficient shot,make sure your elbow is wide and the ball has to be above your head and just snap the wrist and feel the ball roll off your finger tips and have your legs spread wide so you wont lose balance shooting the ball.If you are right handed,Have your right leg further to the basket than your left leg.Hope this helps to all you people out there.It works perfectly fine for a big guy like me and i can knock down mid range shots and fade aways
