He ain't a bad cop. He got a complaint of people walking "in the road". He MUST investigate. Which he IS doing. HE SHOULD have approached them, told them FIRST the danger of the location, then asked them who they were/what they were doing-without demanding ID. IF there was rational/realistic reason to believe that these guys were a DANGER to the public, then ask for ID. Also, he has no right to DEMAND that he not be videotaped as a public official on public property doing a public job. JUST MY OPINION.

Police who act this way should be fired. The Police are servant's of the law. Yet in everyway they use intimidation tactic's of control and fear in order to motivate others to listen to them.

Go to other nations and see how well the Police respect and respond to its citizens. Why does America have these types?

They don't appear to be wearing orange jumpsuits in this encounter. Look up the rights of an individual to walk a rural road. Look up the history of murders on that same road in the past two days.
Examine the other stops they endured.
Others would have dropped trow and been processed at the hint of police. Good thing they had a camera, so we could go over these things, and the overseer could behave.
These guys are idiots. The police can ask you for ID if they notice that you are doing something suspicious. At a police checkpoint, if you do not give up your ID, they can arrest you and hold your for a certain amount of time. That's not be a Nazi, that's protecting order. They made an ass of themselves and tried to edit it out. What a punch of pussies. By the way, I guess they didn't put an end to the war. All that walking for nothing. GOOD JOB, truthers.

He can not ID people just because you want to.
Cops are train to scare you to give up your rights. I have many friends that are peace officers.
Texas you can be approached and asked for your ID but that is for immigration purposes only.
If the cop wasn't doing anything wrong then why did they not have to give him their IDs or turn off the cameras. They just walked away.

It was a two-lane paved rural highway. Two people had been killed walking on the section of highway the truther was on.
