  • @nassreiskulturen at least you had a kind response unlike this dude in the more recent comments. Thank you, I will give it a try!

  • Heavy.

  • Paul has just passed away ... Cruel loss of a loved musician ...

  • ♥♥♥

  • I posted some new videos of this concert in BETTER QUALITY.

    Go see in my channel.

  • is it just be or is this Jakob Bro guy trying very hard to be Kurt Rosenwinkel :P? It's all over his physical appearance .. could be wrong though, don't know the guy.

  • @diederikeggenkamp Don`t think so. Listen to his stuff. Give it a try :D

  • @diederikeggenkamp Don't be so pretentious ya dick.

  • Simply fantastic...great interpretation!

  • Steve Cardenas is so underrated. He is a fantastic player.

  • Bravo!!! Thanks for uploading this!!!

  • NOt only is he a great drummer...The tuning of his drums is wonderful! Wonderful player with a great sound!

  • BRILLIANT CORNERS - THELONIOUS MONK

  • I think Tay Zonday wrote this one.

  • What are you talking about? This is a Monk tune. (It even says so in a subtitle in the video)

  • @deathofrats2000

No man, it's written by Tay Zonday.. you know, the guy who wrote hits like "Chocolate Rain" ?

  • @larkydozer Yeah and Tay is on the sax as we can clearly see. Although I guess he's using a stage name.

  • @larkydozer Tay Zonday wrote Brilliant Corners if he went by the name Thelonius Monk and faked his own death in 1982. Because for more than 50 years the world has - including his music publisher - been under the impression that Monk wrote the tune. That was also everybody's impression when my group opened for him in Palo Alto CA in 1967.

  • @esolarceoaol Sorry, forgot to put my name to previous post: Keni Washington

  • @esolarceoaol

    I was joking around.

Jazzers can be so humorless at times.

  • @larkydozer

Ho Ho. And you are so humorous.

There are problems enough for jazz musicians getting credit for their work, without stupid misinformation on the internet.

  • @encounter1000

Ah the tragedy of the humorless musician.

  • @larkydozer hu or U more or less second to nothing, has seen someone swinging with a Rick to call this A tragedy?Your words, your mirror!

  • Malaby

  • Grande Paola Firenze!grazie per questo.fantastico

  • malaby is ferocious!

  • YESS...... thank god for bringing suches as Jakob Bro
