My 11 year old home learner and I both eat raw and are planning on experimenting in our kitchen, again. We are creating a series of workshops and raw retreat and thank you for the inspiration.
OK, I made this yesterday, and it turned out delicious! For the vegetable mixture, I used... 1 large carrot (shredded) 1 medium zucchini (shredded) 1 C. Broccoli crowns (chopped small) 1/2 C. onion (chopped small) 1 C. mushroom (shopped small) 1 mini sweet pepper (julienned) I strained my marinade with a nylon sprout bag. For everything else, I followed your example to the letter. I really look forward to seeing more of your great recipes!
The recipe is from Jordan Maerin's book "Raw Foods for Busy People. I couldn't post the entire ingredient list here. You can email me at rawfoodbasics@yahoo and I can let you know what is in the recipe.
Bah... That was NOT a quick recipe. The prep time is tremendous.
