@Milosmilk good major, same as my brother. Tons of openings for art majors. My favorite example is Blizzard Entertainment. Pay is VERY GOOD for the lead artist. It can range anywhere from weapons to characters to level design. The artist gives it to the graphic designer to actually create it into the game.

Also remember, not all Art majors are fine art majors. You can easily go into interior design, magazine, entertainment. Basically anything you own that is pretty is thought up by an artist.

What you do not realize is, every form of art is fine art FIRST before it is translated into the computer as a"design." It's called drafting.

I had to take some fine art and art history classes. My goodness, aside from science, I've never had so much work in my life. Projects were never hard, but the time it took to get it to the level that our teacher expected... O_O.
