  • Just heard these wonderful guys give a performance, doing this piece. WONDERFUL. Remember Plaistow, NH?????? Think it was Oct, 2011.

  • Love them thank you 4 bringing back fond memories

  • .. they'd be a lot better with Elvis singin' out front. .. only kidding (well not much) .. but m'an oh m'an Elvis kinda topped 'em off .. if you know what I'm sayin'.

  • Blackwood always sounds great! They're impecable.

  • Jimmy now sounds just like his late father! And it's good to see Billy singing bairtone! I'm glad they've revived the quartet. Still miss J.D. Sumner, though...They sound just great!

  • @stephenrsharp I agree with every bit of what you said, but I can say that Jimmy has taken his father's style and made it even better. His daddy would be really proud of him if he were still alive, but he's singing with the angels now.

  • There are other gospel melodies that I know would blend in well with this melody. Songs like, "I'm Gonna Sit At the Welcome Table," "Glory Glory," and a spiritual, "Ezekiel Saw De Wheel."

  • Great...last time I did this on stage was in 1973 in Coffeeville, MS.....getting up there!

  • Jimmy Blackwood I believe is the son of the late James Blackwood. I see the resemblance.

  • Just wonderful....voices and harmony like that need nothing more than a piano---if that!

  • GO RANDY!!

  • If there was no video I'd think that it was the BB of the 1950's
