  • fluid intelligence is innate abstract problem solving, crystallized intelligence is acquired information developed through your natural capacity for long term retrieval and comprehension of learned material, concepts, words...etc Look up the Ravens Progressive Matrices and supplemental Mill Hill Vocabulary Scales. Your description isn't as bad as the last person who commented though. It was still generalized enough for a rudimentary understanding. Good job.

  • @82rondo Fluid reasoning is not completely innate. There are several recent studies that suggest Gf can be increased through WM training. Crystallized intelligence is more innate and is the predominant factor of standardized tests. It remains pretty much constant, throughout the lifetime. The Gc component of the SAT, has been estimated at 70%

  • @zadeh79 And there is some relationship between working memory and Fluid Intelligence, but the best way to describe fluid intelligence, is essentially "abstraction", Where as crystallized intelligence, is raw (and bland) processing power.

  • elements of truth, no more

  • your kindaaa wrong

  • Lol oh great I'm becoming more and more stoopid

  • Very bad explanation of fluid intelligence.

  • @alique087
