@allisonlawlz The first trick I'd say was a break with your arms connected. The hoop is on your shoulders and one arm is over the hoop and one arm is under with your hands connected. Then you change the direction of the hoop using the top of each forearms near the elbow. I have about two hours of breaks tutorials on Hooping University. The other trick I have a free tutorial for on my channel called "Doubles Hoop Tutorial: The Hugulator 3000". I hope that helps. xx

Love this! Kinda goofy/clowny in the start and then gets epic later.

Your movements are very reminiscent of clowning. Former clown? Still Clowning? <3 <3 Its that very carefree, silly, but wonderful graceful way of moving. I love watching clown poi spinners, they seem like they have no idea what they are doing but its all so amazing. Like "Woops I was just accidentally awesome!" lol
