Why he does job for dog? My pointer job is to find bird, rush to it and make it fly, then stop and if I hit to retrieve without chewing and dropping... This guy really don't know anything about pointer dog training.

oh, and for the record. the dog is supposed to stay, not run after the flying bird, risking getting fired at, now, the idiot misses, but first after the bird being dead and down, the dog retrieves it.
