Here is a site that will allow you to e-mail Congressional staffers directly, including Sen. Graham's. I am busy calling and e-mail everyone this week, especially Sen. Graham's office. HE MUST GO! Just Google Outsource Congress
Senator Graham is now key to the Amnesty deal going down in Washington and he is politically vulnerable because he has stepped so far out of line with his constituents in this video speech to the racist group La Raza.
Damn right! It's nice to see a GOP member that is rational, intelligent and is actually standing up for the principles that are intrinsically American. I guess we won't be seeing Graham getting sucked up to on Fox News any time soon.
Am I misled in thinking that Sen. Graham is arguing that the U.S. should not violate the Geneva Conventions because similar violations may befall individuals working for the U.S.? Does he not believe that ALL human beings have a right not to be tortured and a right to face their accusers in a court of law?
i think he does believe that all humans have those rights. but to argue his case to the conservative base, he needs to bring in the hypothetical example of americans being treated in ways that violate the geneva convention.
Amen brothah. Spoken well.
