    Peter

  • Thanks for the WONDERFUL song! Would LOVE to teach a lesson to my students/// So/// could you/ please/ post the lyrics? Would be most grateful/

  • This is Sharron Burns, you are such a cutie and i wish to see you again... It would be such a honor for you to visit my class room one day, the students really enjoy your videos and so do I. Goodbye Berry Lane. I will forever love you, don't forget that.

  • "People (and I would insert "students" here) don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." -John Maxwell

    Thanks, Barry! :o)

  • And thank you, Jennifer.

    So true, so true !

  • A wonderful reminder of how important we are to the children we work and play with. One of my favorite quotes has always been "A child may not remember what you said; but a child will remember how you made him feel."

  • That is so beautiful. I will remember that.

  • im a student of sharon burns (ms.burns) at bradley. i think that you and would make a good couple... <3

  • (continuing comment)So Barry I just want to say Thank you for this song. I will share it with my teachers. Someday I hope our country will honor teachers above professional athletes in both praise and pay. There is no profession that deserves it more. For without teachers where would we all be?

  • Amen! Amen!

That day will come, rest assured.

    Barry

  • I am a Paraprofessional (a glorified name for Teacher's aid) working in the classrooms of some of the most remarkable and well loved teachers in our small town of Havre, MT. I know for a fact that these ladies are not lazy. They are disciplined and some of the most hardworking individuals I have ever known. They don't do this thankless job for the money. They do it because everyday they work miracles. When they see the light go on in the eyes of a child they know they are making a difference

  • This was awesome. I'm glad I found your channel. It's nice to see something good about teachers on the media these days.

  • Thanks. You know teachers make miracles everyday and no one seems to know about it. Check out Taylor Mali's Miracle Workers on YouTube. You will love that too, It is one of my favorites.

  • So true, first day back in the classroom for me today. Reminds me that the pay may be bad, but the joy in teaching and opportunity in shaping the future is priceless. Way to go Barry, Ms. Foley II

  • thanks, Miss Foley III

  • when will Barry (u) be in FL, does anyone know?

  • I cried too! This reminds me how important my job is. As I ready myself for a new school year, I am proud of what I do. But I also want to remember to be the kind of teacer you describe. I will be sharing this with others this coming school year!

  • Wonderful. Maybe one day they will really understand the miracles teachers perform each day!!

  • Wow. This song made me cry. It also made me think about my favorite teacher.

  • Great job Barry!
