You can fool some of the people some of the time..... They might be good at legal but I think a class action suit against them scares the hell out of them. Sure, we all signed these agreements not to ask for our money back...but it was under duress. We all know duress was involved...sign or go to ethics. I think it will take a class action suit to bring them down.
