@Honey2600 even tho your not supposed to, i use a drugstore liquid liner on my water line and it stays for about 1/2 of the day but i also mix it with jus a tiny bit translucent powder then put it on my water line and it last all day...
but again not supposed to but liquid liner (or even gel) last a long time.

I've never used this eyeliner before, but I have to say I was pretty surprised because this eyeliner is a real longlasting, and very pigmented I've bought a duo package with the grind house sharpener ($29) at sephora and this is the best liner ever, even the Ransom pencil (bright purple) looks very strong.
@vintagebarbie8 i got that color thinking it was brown and it was like PURPLE!!! haha but i love it because I have like hazelish green eyes and it looks pretty good! hahaha

Hmmm, 24/7 liners fade on my waterline in half an hour. They definitely last on the lashline, but noton the waterline. You sure you didn't touch-up? Anyway, if you want an eyeliner that will last all day on the waterline, I suggest Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place eye pencil.

wow the liner stays on your waterline way better than on me. but that doesn't go to say UD is not good - aside MAC smolder, Shaynaz Hussein khol and Stila Onyx it is my favorite black liner for the waterline. My waterline is just too watery for anything I guess :) but those are all really good.

Hmmm...I use this eyeliner everyday. It ALWAYS holds up on the top lashline, but never on my waterline. And I have to go to school for 8 hours a day! Also, when I put it too far in the outer corner, it like, builds up there. Anything I can do about that? Thanks, xoxoLily
i have 4 of these, they go on the waterline and barely show up and completely disappear on it within 5 minutes. THey smudge LIKE CRAZY, they also gather in the corners and creases of my eyes. Such gorgeous colors, it's a real shame that they smudge like this.

i have the same exact one Urban Decay 24/7 Zero and it stays on really well throughout they day. maybe its different for some people because some people have oiler skin or dryer skin.
i bought the white one for my waterline and i was really disappointed with the way it turned out. i had to glide it on over and over again before it even showed up, and it ended up more on my eyelashes than my lid. after i did finally get it on it looked all splotchy and still not as bright as i wanted. i was super excited about this liner after all the great reviews and now i'm very sad :( esp since i wanted to try a bunch of the other colors and now i'm not sure i should.
i've had oads fo problems with this eyeliner, no matter where i put it on my eye it really smudges and i don't know what to do to make it better because it really is a nice eyeliner :\

If you don't want it to smudge, -- apply it, be really careful for 30 seconds, and then it will be set to an unmovable formula. If it smudges after you have carefully let it dried, make sure you aren't using a moisturizer or anything near your eyes.
To get the best results from this pencil, make sure the tip is sharp.
To make the pencil last in the waterline, use a cotton bud to remove any excess fluid from the waterline first, then apply the eyeliner. This gives it a dry base to glide accross and hold on to...... et voila! The pencil clings onto the waterline alot longer!

I use this and it doesn't stay on me as well maybe because i use it in layers to make it dark but I sell it at the store I work at and it goes on very nice but doesnt stay as well as i'd like it to if i touch it. It does stay on it i dont accidentally touch my face.

hey you know from sephora i got the 24/7 glide on eye liner the urban decay primer potion and the urban decay big fatty mascar in a set for only 11 dollars!!! its called the trifecta but the primer potion is a smaller version of the real one and the eyelinner is in a brown and it has a hint of shimmer!!!

great review Julie! i love that eyeliner because it's so pigmented and easy to apply, but the only problem i have with it is that it runs and makes my under eyes look very dark. Do you know how i can prevent that?
its a gr8 eyeliner! the only problems i had with it is that it did fade at the corners a bit so that was good! surprisingly the 1st day i wore it i had a bad day so i cried a couple of times n it only faded off my waterline n it made a straight line on my lashline which was amazing!!
also it doesn't collect musus in the inner corner of ur eyes! i wear eyeliner DAILY n i tried many eyeliners n they all smear n collect mucus in the inner corners but this doesn't!
hi i got the set of 5 mini ones of these and i got them because my desert island product has to be strong black eyeliner and i tested it on a night out it stayed put that well i could,nt remove it even with lancome water proof eye make up remover. i love the staying power of this eyelinner but i dont like the staining effect it has so do u have a tips on how to remove it ?
i like this eyeliner a lot.....it's in my top two, but my fave for the waterline is definitely mac kohl liner..it is amazing. but, if you really want your liner to stay on your waterline all day all you have to do is set it with a black matte powder...like mac carbon. it works! very well.

I worked for UD. I still use there pencils. Best pencils I have ever used! Zero pencil is the most used thing in my makeup bag probably. I love them. And so many colours! YAY
well if it is hypoallergenic, its crap. i tryed it in a store on teh back of my hand and about 30 seconds later the little patch where i had put had swollen into a lump about a centimetre wide.
There are only two makeup brands that i CAN wear, and thats No 7(boots) and 17 (boots again!!)
Bugger, sounds like its an uncommon ingredient you are allergic too as if they are the only two you are ok with. I used to have to wear all 15 colours on my hand like a barcode to show the resistance to daily wear on tear and colours off.
Do you know what ingredient it is as I am sure it wont be used in all products! You should get the dr to test. Different products and colours have different ingredients and it may open up the make-up world for you.
Am I missing something about the UD liner? I bought it. Is the end of the product is all we get? I have not figured out how to get more out of it. The color fades on my lower lids but stays on my upper lids. If we only get what is at the end for $16, it's a rip-off. I'd like your opinion.
i don't wear eye shadow and my eye lids gets pretty oily in the afternoon. and i love to line the top and bottom of my eyes, but it smudges later. what do you prefer i use on my lids?

maybe you don't any kind of product that controls the skin oil!!, my skin is oily and i always suffer, but now i use a primer, then i put on my lids some compact powder (that sucks all the oil) then i put my makeup!! plus there are some good sprays that hold the makeup :)
Omg, wiping eyeliner really causes wrinkels or was that a joke?? thats so scary! I have to wipe mine sooo much and I only buy high quality products but just because of the way my eyes are shaped, it still smudges underneath. I DONT WANT WRINKLES :(

I am going to get a small kit called show pony tonight from a store we have called utla here in Buffalo N.Y. I cant wait to get it. I have heard so many great things about urban decay. So I am very excite now that I saw this vid on how well the eye liner works. Thanx for the posting on this product.

hey you know from sephora i got the 24/7 glide on eye liner the urban decay primer potion and the urban decay big fatty mascar in a set for only 11 dollars!!! its called the trifecta but the primer potion is a smaller version of the real one and the eyelinner is in a brown and it has a hint of shimmer!!!

ebayyyy! i just bought one for 11.50. it's .03 oz travel size, the full size is.04 oz that retails for about 16 dollars plus tax. so you can get it for much cheaper even though its only .01oz smaller.

i use this and it's my absolute favorite.
i've tried so many eyeliners and this is the only
one that doesn't smudge and get oily when i'm at school.
if you go over it with a black eyeshadow, it lasts even
longer.. i do this every morning and it seriously lasts all day.

great review Julie! i love that eyeliner because it's so pigmented and easy to apply, but the only problem i have with it is that it runs and makes my under eyes look very dark. Do you know how i can prevent that?

set it with translucent powder, i have more oil under my eyes and the same thing happens to me unless i set it.

its a gr8 eyeliner! the only problems i had with it is that it did fade at the corners a bit so that was good! surprisingly the 1st day i wore it i had a bad day so i cried a couple of times n it only faded off my waterline n it made a straight line on my lashline which was amazing!!
also it doesn't collect musus in the inner corner of ur eyes! i wear eyeliner DAILY n i tried many eyeliners n they all smear n collect mucus in the inner corners but this doesn't!
btw i had 2 reapply only once!

hi i got the set of 5 mini ones of these and i got them because my desert island product has to be strong black eyeliner and i tested it on a night out it stayed put that well i could,nt remove it even with lancome water proof eye make up remover. i love the staying power of this eyelinner but i dont like the staining effect it has so do u have a tips on how to remove it ?

i like this eyeliner a lot.....it's in my top two, but my fave for the waterline is definitely mac kohl liner..it is amazing. but, if you really want your liner to stay on your waterline all day all you have to do is set it with a black matte powder...like mac carbon. it works! very well.

I bought this and it was very easy to put on but it defintely faded on my waterline and it would end up in the corner of my eyes and in my lash line. Still looking for a good eyeliner. :(

I worked for UD. I still use there pencils. Best pencils I have ever used! Zero pencil is the most used thing in my makeup bag probably. I love them. And so many colours! YAY

well if it is hypoallergenic, its crap. i tryed it in a store on teh back of my hand and about 30 seconds later the little patch where i had put had swollen into a lump about a centimetre wide.
There are only two makeup brands that i CAN wear, and thats No 7(boots) and 17 (boots again!!)
my life sucks :'-(

Bugger, sounds like its an uncommon ingredient you are allergic too as if they are the only two you are ok with. I used to have to wear all 15 colours on my hand like a barcode to show the resistance to daily wear on tear and colours off.
Do you know what ingredient it is as I am sure it wont be used in all products! You should get the dr to test. Different products and colours have different ingredients and it may open up the make-up world for you.

Am I missing something about the UD liner? I bought it. Is the end of the product is all we get? I have not figured out how to get more out of it. The color fades on my lower lids but stays on my upper lids. If we only get what is at the end for $16, it's a rip-off. I'd like your opinion.

i don't wear eye shadow and my eye lids gets pretty oily in the afternoon. and i love to line the top and bottom of my eyes, but it smudges later. what do you prefer i use on my lids?
p.s no matter what kind of liner it still smudges...thats why i'm still scared to go buy urban decay :)

I Spent A Fortune On Buying Diffenent Eyeliners In The Past, And They All Smudged & Creased.
Being A Fan Of Urban Decay Anyway, I Decided To Try The 24/7 Eyeliner, And I Have To Admit, Its My New Favourite!
I've Been Able To Wear It All Day & When I Come To Take It Off, Its Only Smudged Slightly.
I Reccomend You Try It ;)

maybe you don't any kind of product that controls the skin oil!!, my skin is oily and i always suffer, but now i use a primer, then i put on my lids some compact powder (that sucks all the oil) then i put my makeup!! plus there are some good sprays that hold the makeup :)

Omg, wiping eyeliner really causes wrinkels or was that a joke?? thats so scary! I have to wipe mine sooo much and I only buy high quality products but just because of the way my eyes are shaped, it still smudges underneath. I DONT WANT WRINKLES :(
Can you maybe do a video on how to properly wipe off smudged "racoon eyes" so you dont damage them? That would be extremely heplful! Love you videos, by the way.
