The truth is that these "debunkers", including myself, often go through a grieving process when they realize the shakiness of their previously heald beliefs. What is *really* ironic is that the quotation may be part of a speech, by the Psalmist, complaining of the ill-will of his enemies, so that "Let his days..." may be *Psalmist's* quotation of *their* ill-will toward him.

The speaker would then - in modern terms - be *Obama*, complaining of the hate of his Christian enemies who want his death :) Instead of the words of his enemies calling for his death.
