ok the way i see it is that even though it's not like the others but this game is all about OPTIONS yep you can choose the way you play. go stealth only thats fine and you get caught well just restart the level ya know. rushing and bashing yes you can knock down doors and mark / execute. or both even. mark / execute then disappear without a sound. you want to blow them up, toss them out the window bashing the door with the guy on the other side. it's all up to you and on how you play

In this game you need every button in any second ... so in a controller you have your fingers on the buttons all the time.

in adition to that the difference between running and sneaking are so much better to controll with a stick.

The stealth looks really nice, the action looks shit. 7 or 8 of 10 is my guess.

This has potential, but not eveything is being utilized to it´s fullest. Marking enemies sounds like a bad idea f. example. On the other hand, marking were your enemies think you are could be awesome, so let´s hope for something good^^

They kept showing the same part over and over again which made it clear that they had nothing else prepared. When asked about multiplayer they couldn;t answer because they had nothing ready. They prepared a small part for E3, got feedback which was positive, then they started working on the full game, hence the further delay.

You should take whatever Ubisoft says with a grain of salt, they are not exactly known for sticking to their release dates. Splinter Cell Conviction was supposed to come out in 2007 if i remember correctly, then they completely redesigned it and they wanted to get some feedback before going with full production, that's why eventhough they said so, it would have never come out in 2009.
