  • c eiv,

  • jjn. Evck buzpeobkm d

  • I would've been scared of this one as a kid! 0_0 I probably would have thought I was going to wind up like Pluto did the next time I got in trouble (which I rarely did)!

  • Man, Mickey was cruel to Pluto in this one! <:/ But Pluto did do something wrong, and some people really do think they are going to recieve the same punishment even for something that can easily be forgiven. Guilt is a such a common feeling.

  • In Fresh airdale Shep gets back at cats for Pluto.

  • cartoons use to be fun and entertaining and with meaning and morals im not sure kids can relate or understand some of today craps they call cartoons

  • And this is why I hate cats -.-

  • @xXisabel123Xx Ever seen Fresh airdale?

  • Do you realize how incredibly intelligent Pluto would have to be in order to have this kind of nightmare? It involves an understanding of the justice system, a grasp of rhyme and verse, and the intelligence to pepper a nightmare with symbolism.

  • @10INTM Plus a *pinch* of good ol' fashioned 1935 minstrel-show racism.

  • @falcione Oooh, you're sooo progressive! Killing everyone else's mood by pointing out what we've already noticed.

  • @10INTM -shrugs- I do what I can.

  • @falcione Well, give it another 76 years and it could be us who are called "racist" for something we didn't give a second thought about. It's easy to sit in judgement with our hindsight, but we don't know where sensibilities will head in the future. I can see it now: "You old people were such racists for listening to rap. That music degraded blacks and prepetuated a negative stereotype that took decades for them to emerge from. You're worse than the minstrel shows!"

  • @10INTM Alright.

  • @falcione Sorry, I've been waiting to use that point I made and got sick of waiting for someone deserving. ;D

  • 5:30 Those are the same sound effects used for Lucifer in Cinderella! :D

  • i always hate mickey,he's so rude and bad

i prefer donald or pluto 's personality

  • Yay ...happy ending ....

  • This cartoon's labeled Mickey Mouse but Pluto's the main character. Same thing w/ Lend a Paw, which also has a kitten in it.

  • This cartoon is frightfully fun,

  • Oh the days when cartoons were drawn and not computer animations. When cartoons had high quality and were original not some copy paste crap of 2000's. When cartoons were meant to entertain and were not bound by ridiculous morals of modern days. When someone got piano dropped on their heads people laughed and didn't get offended and claim it is harmful for children. When you could watch cartoons as a grown up without feeling shame for it. Oh those were the days...

  • @FINOlmi notice how no one liked this?

  • @valvanessa11 Liked what? My comment? I wasn't whoring for thumbs up I was just telling my opinion on old cartoons compared to modern ones.

  • That reminds me of that regular show episode when mordecai and rigby are in some kinda cool court and they probaily ecape but not pluto.

  • My childhood!

  • @plainanddryjokes You were a child in 1935?

  • @BigUndertaker No, but I did watch this short all the time when I was a kid in the '90s.

  • The "justice" moment is epic

  • OOOhhh! I have never seen Mickey that angry!

  • 19 dogs experienced judgement day.

  • These old "bimbo's initiation"-style cartoons were so great.

  • That Cat Prosecutor reminds me of Pete playing the role of the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come in Mickey's Christmas Carol.

  • how does mickey know that pluto wasn't just tasting the kitten ;D

  • Oh joy...There's ryhming.

  • I always have to have my own dog nearby when I watch the ending of this cartoon. I can't stand watching dogs cry and whimper like that.

  • @funspot202cartoons i know, right?

  • How can Pluto even testify when he can't even speak? THE TRIAL IS RIGGED. Rigged, I say. But seriously this cartoon scared the shit out of me when I was little.

  • @blewyourconch Haha, same here.

  • 5:49 lol disney racism

  • Judgement?

  • I remember watching this with my granparents german shepard when I was 4 years old. I hated cats for many years after watching this. Then I got cats some years ago. Now I just love cats.

  • @Berrylaff And besides, how can you resist that cute little kitten at the end? I never really enjoyed grown up cats as much, but kittens are ADORABLE! We found a stray kitten near my house once, but we had to give it to the shelter. They're such sweet little things! :-D

  • Mickey knew Pluto got on trouble.

  • I think the cat in the red robe is none other than The Devil.

  • mean mickey:O

  • 3:16 technically this is Furry Bondage. ^^

  • Liked it A plus

  • Tom Mesereau coulda gotten him off.

  • Has anyone noticed that Pluto is the only non-talking animal in the cartoon?

  • @HiddenDataFilms Not quite. The kitten doesn't talk.

  • we're humans!

  • This would be considered "Gay" to young people now days. Kids don't know how to be kids anymore man.

  • pluto is happily playing donald duck is here mickey mouse is there he says gets off no bullys

  • There was no TV in Mickey's living room. xD

  • @HellYeahhhhhh I dont think anyone had TV in 1935. World seen that thing for the first time in some tehnological event in 1939.

  • 5:48 Wow, darky iconography was totally normal back then. That is sooo politically incorrect nowadays. Ralph Bakshi took it to the extreme in Coonskin though, that was a really controversial film.

  • When I was little I saw this short in Disney's Halloween Treat and enjoyed it. However when I saw the whole short on the Beta Video "Disney Scary Tales" I became terrified. I had nightmares for weeks and became terrified of the dark. Now that I am grown up I am no longer terrifed of this short, although it still gives me the chills. My hats off to Disney for creating a scary short.

  • Try to make a cartoon like this in 2011, and you'll have at least two dozen activist groups jumping down your throat in hobnailed boots!

  • the music is so suitable !

  • you'd think that mickey, a mouse, would encourage pluto to chase cats

  • @cartmanlovesjews micky mouse is no ordinary mouse he's much bigger than any cat!

  • @cartmanlovesjews I Don't know what you mean!

  • @SuperMario3ish What's so hard to understand about Cartmanlovesjews' comment? You'd think Mickey would encourage Pluto to chase cats because cats chase mice.

  • @cartmanlovesjews My thoughts exactly.

  • Looks like Pluto's got a happy ending.

  • Dude. lay off the poor dog. news flash DOGS CHASE CATS!!!

  • @lemondragon18 Well dude you have to "enforce or law down the law" when you have a pet dog.

  • Mickey sounds screwy.

  • awww, what a cute ending ^^, I love that.

  • This has to be the scariest one I have seen. Poor Pluto being scared by all those creepy kitties! Haha

  • @iheartwicked91

I can imagine the accuser being voiced by tobin bell just to make it more sinister.

  • Mickey laying down the law 1: 13 xD

  • @funspot202cartoons

I don´t know if you have a Nintendo Wii but if you like these cartoons you´ll definately like "Epic Mickey" due October 2010

  • what a cute kitty

  • These old cartoons NEVER get old!

  • 這些貓越唱越可惡,

  • A scathing indictment of the justice system.

  • the best part was the fight

  • That Judge sounds a lot like Pete's son in Bellboy Donald.

  • Funny. =)
