  • warpaliz4r is gonna catch word of this video and hes gonna come after you!!

  • Why?

  • @floridamusiccompany hell be jealous of your cool system!

  • I guess by running 3 projectors as this screen requires, the resolution will be better since the distance required by each projector will be less as each one covers 1 third of the screen..

  • @formaset The Pixel count for the screen = the total projector resolution.width plus the height so 5760 x1080.

  • how much cost it ?

  • is this a warpalizer competitor

  • @elmalloc the SGL2 version is very similar product.

  • Some analog controls would be nice. If you had two black bars that could be positioned at the top and bottom of the screen and two sliders that would change the curve. The center of the video should auto correct based on these parameters, or at least give the option. _________

[]_________[] as such would be great, as I don't know how many times a customer has been completely oblivious to proper aspect ratio, and giving them preset options or stretch and pull options never seems to help.

  • Can't you just do the same thing with bezier warp in After Effects? (And surely a heck of a lot cheaper!)

  • @SECZEPHYRUS No not in real time.

  • I have a Runco with an anamorphic lens and a 10' screen. I am considering a 10' curved screen with a 20 degree arc. Would this work with your software to prduced an infocus picture end to end?

  • How large is this screen? Is this technology available for home use? How do you get a cinemascope ratio film to fit onto a screen like this when most high def tv's have only 1.78 to 1 ratio? When watching a 2.35 to 1 film you have the black bars top and bottom. I would love to have the ability to project movies to fill the entire screen without the black bars. Any suggestions?

  • The screen is 45 feet long.

Home use if you can afford it yes.

    Pixelwarp can remove black bars.

and as for USA retail price it is $1899 for up-to 3 projectors.

    regards Chris

  • @floridamusiccompany The software alone is $1900?

  • How many degrees of curvature can this projection handle?

Not the screen ,i mean the projector(s)

  • @rovpilot1

it's not the projectors it's the software and its any degree.

    regards Chris

  • @floridamusiccompany So, if i use a, lets say, screen with 140deg of curvature? Is that possible. And dome projection?

I ask it for my F16 homebuild cockpit, wich i am building now.

    thx

  • Outstanding!! Wooud love to see this projected on a building, or a very large shape. Good Luck. Brilliant!!

  • I want to see "How the West Was Won" on that screen.

  • is it projector screen or lcd

  • is the Sol7 software expensive?

  • yes, $4000 a pop

  • thanks

  • no problem

  • Im setting up a 3 projector setup using Triplehead2go digital.. I would like some info concerning your Immersaview software.

  • CALL US

    727-234-0110

  • I'd like some info concerning your soft has well, but i'm living in france, so not easy to call you...

  • I NEED to get one of these. Now I just need to win the lottery, because I am broke.

  • He's not distorting it because he is using software to correct the distortion, you pranny!

Have you bothered to read the title or watch the video, you would have worked this out.

    Yoy stupid mong!

  • lmao

  • key word: "PERSPECTIVE"

    It's meant to surround you.

    Or your eyes are flat.

  • You are an idiot. It is called an immersion display. It simulates a field of view for the user. Your eyes see in a cone shape, and when looking a large flat screen the edges are always out of focus, or edge of field. Where as with a curved screen a moving image is better processed by the eye, allowing for an immersed reality that your brain will process as if it where real.

  • What kind of projector and lens? The software can correct for geometry very nicely as shown but first of all the projection optics must be able to focus on the curve. Software won't be able to help at all with that.

  • that's why we use multiple projectors.

    regards chris

  • Great video, thanks

  • looks like a huge screen can I ask what projector was used?

  • great idea!!

  • Now i know whats my next wish is gonna be :)

  • Wow, that is the coolest software ever, earlier yesterday, I was wondering about how to project on a curved screen for cheap, and found out that maybe a nice way to do it, would be to place a curved magnifier infont of the projector to make the curved screen work, but If this works as well as it looks like it does, than my idea really deosn't matter anymore :

) Good job, that's just amazing!

  • nice. how much does this soultion cost?

  • this install was about 30k screen/media server/surround/projectors etc.

    regards chris

  • Jumper! :-)

  • Thanks for taking the time to post this. Very helpful.
