  • hmmm.... Guess you missed something here. We have a well. It's the supply line that froze...

  • why dont u dig a well like normal people

  • well, I can't believe it, but we woke up again, this morning, to a frozen line... Thought I had taken care of all the vulnerabilities over the summer months! I'm heading out now to again use this system. I just drain the hose out each evening and re-attach it in the morning. It's a hassle but to do what you are talking about would be impossible. I have a run of over 200 feet! Thanks, tho, for the idea...

  • I Am an Expert on them fucking frozen Water lines what You do spend a fortune to get brass Gilmour shut off valves then get Sears black rubber Garden hose It will still freeze but will Not bust then If Your allowed to go to Lowes they have some type of flexible 4 Inch diameter sewer drainage pipe You will need to coat the hose with tar so mice will Not damage the hose then get a cheap hairdryer & run the heat Into the outer pipe. Forget heat cable that shit Is too expensive & breaks.

  • Very clever. I like the idea and hope I never need to use it. Hope you got it all worked out. I found a way to thaw frozen drain pipes that may come in handy...although my video isn't very clear.
