The EPA Stalanist threat is scary; just look at how the emissions reduction mandates from 2004+ have essentially destroyed the Diesel vehicle industry, ala Cat truck engines and have driven up prices tremendously. Emissions are much reduced, but fuel consumption is up 25% or so, leading to much more CO2!

Plus, the Biofuels thing, as articulated by Lord Monckton is nothing short of starvation and genocide!

Hi Lookup, sorry for my knee jerk reaction I just really dislike the man and i think that his backing this cause is doing more harm than good because it's helping to discredit the skeptics. A lot of people within the uk environmental movement refuse to look at skeptics views because they believe it's coming from oil funded extreme right wing types that care only for themselves and little for the future of the planet and humanity. I think it's important to remember/acknowledge that most green protesters actually have good intentions they've just been lied to and have bought the lies.
