no ex got custody of him and she never changed the litter box and the cat got some kind of liver disease of all things he never got his sack cut off (but I doubt he was old enough to really use it) and so we know he didn't get problems from the typical cat spade surgery , I'm not saying the litter box never getting changed had anything to do with it but it couldn't have helped the poor cat .
