There is part of the fence there. The whole fence that has the money already allocated for it has yet to be finished. Economic distress?? Americans are just dying to work in the fields for minimum wage, I guess that is why agriculture is doing great in Arizona.... Agriculture is not the only job that illegals have infiltrated. Fast food places is one that comes to mind. Besides, do some homework and look what happened when those packing plants were raided by ICE in the Mid-West. After the illegals were gone, lines went around the block with LEGAL Americans applying for those jobs.
