Give us daily updates on the stuff man. You don't have to make more vids but tell us how it's goin. I once used the spray. Diff brand but I noticed a lil bit. Do u feel like any part of your body is growing rapidly? Like your chin or eyeballs? Curiouser, I'm about to buy some powder myself.

IGF-1 doesn't make your body grow rapidly, and is only marginally effective orally. IGF binding proteins inhibit it withing a few minutes. There's a reason bodybuilders inject the stuff intramuscularly, immediately post work out...
