I know you have heard this a zillion times, but you REALLY should reconsider the whole boob job thing. It's not about how they LOOK, but about how they FEEL. "Enhanced" breasts just don't feel right when you squeeze 'em. Think about it. Besides, 500cc jugs on someone with your frame would look out of place. Do the SRS and Adam's apple first, then see how you feel about yourself. You really don't need the "Barbie Doll" rack, and once they're scarred up they stay that way.

I know in general 500CC is about 2 cup sizes, but it also depends on the below breasts) size as well. Assuming a natural size A, if one is small framed, 500cc can push you out to a size D. Just remember to keep some proportionality between hip and chest size so you don't end up looking top heavy. And dresses may not fit well.
