Fuck property taxes. its MY land. I bought it. The government has no right to reposes it, let alone sell it. If you guys think paying the government "rent" for your own personal belongings is the American way, then you never learned a damn thing about being a free human being under and only under our divine creators laws. you support socialism. you support involuntary servitude. and your the reason this country is crumbling!

Even if you own your land outright: you MUST still pay your property taxes every year: or eventually the county or parish can and will file a tax lien and eventually foreclose on their lien and auction off your land for the back due taxes. Thats why i will never own a home or land. I live in a new RV and stay in an RV park: pay rent-all bills paid....no property taxes: simple as that. Technically in life you will NEVER own your paid off home/land. NEVER. thats why i wont have it.

dont purchase something if you cant pay the damn bills. then you wont have to worry about having to hand it over to people for a few bucks.

Correct this is describing a tax lien sale. In a tax deed sale you actually purchase the deed and have full owner ship to the home. In some states there is a "redemption period" where the PREVIOUS owner can pay off taxes but does have to pay interest and penalties. Also, in every state the sale is not conducted once a year. It could be bi-annually, monthly, or even weekly depending on the amount.

This is a "Tax Lien Certificate" sale, not a "Tax Deed" sale. They are two entirely different types of sales.
