  • that's just ingenious i never would have thought to do it that way!

  • How does the marine adhesive hold up to Hydroxy and KOH?

  • Hey Zero, I'm a little confused as to how your positive and negative plates are so long. According to your FAQ, your electrode plates should be 1" longer than the neutrals. However, it appears that you added additional length somehow. Did you weld? Would it be better to cut the electrode plates longer than 7.5" to start, or to add extra later?

And man, I'm a huge fan of your work. If I wasn't a poor college student I would certainly be donating to your cause! Thank you for everything!

  • "for those who complain about such trivial matters FORGET IT!" HAHAHA classic! Put the trolls in their place brotha!

Love your work. I have much to learn but this cell looks fantastic. Are the posts welded on the ends of the cathodes? I dont want to weld anything because I dont have ss rod and dont want anything rusting. But maybe I'll use a screw instead. Nice work!

  • heya mate thanks heaps for showing us your ideas. Its great that you are sharing your ideas.

  • Question, does your wife ever see you anymore lol. You hang out with us so much lol. Don't forget your family! <3

  • When you see gaps of a week or more between videos, that's where I am. It goes in spirts. I'm due for another one soon. ;-)

  • I was just wondering why you choose to cover the whole side of the spaced plates. Is it for surface area strength when you apply the adhesive? Why would you choose not to leave as much open as possible?

  • Answered in my FAQ.

  • Might have been interesting to have left the inprint on the tie wrap like it was, allowing the water flow more evenly as it carries the HHO upward... allowed amore space for HHO bubbles to grow even more... Just a thought

  • My thoughts, if you put rubber at the ends or outside, it makes it less possible to resonate this device, the rubber is basically taking the blow, receiving the resonating vibes and will deaden it =(.

Make a tube cell, why does everyone avoid stan meyers plans? =-) and on tube cell leave the top ends to resonate, so you put rubber gomets at bottom and about 65% towards top, leave top to vibrate/resonate underwater. Any cell will work, but stan used piano air pipe technology underwater

  • indeed yes, I did not think of that....

your plates, do you treat the surfaces in any particular way, or is it just the clean shiny surface as they come.

I've seen people in the know mention the practice of magnetically aligning the stack, with a couple of windings around it, almost like the elastic band you have there, and then just tapping it on a 12v battery.... this is however 316SS. it's not magnetic. so i dono if that would do anything...

  • would it actually be a bad thing, if the gap tapered out towards the top... giving more space for gas to escape as you go up....

  • Current takes the path of least resistance. I think it would create a very large imbalance across the plates.

  • Manufacturer is way too proud of their "Tie Wrap" LOL.

  • Great work ZFF. Can you give us an update on your mileage improvements and your driveability issues with your current cell installed on your Honda?

  • Yes, very curious how your mileage improvements are going.

  • Haven't driven the Honda in a long while since I have a company car now. The mileage improvements I did see were nothing great. I'll be trying this new cell on the company car.

  • Perhaps the higher hydroxy output of this new cell will yield better results. With the little bit that I've tried on my own vehicles I haven't had very good results either. Makes me wonder what I'm doing wrong or possibly if those who make great claims are telling the truth.

  • I agree 100% on all counts.
