this boss fight was pretty lack-luster, considering it was a Legend of Zelda final boss. once I figured out I had to skyward strike with the lighting, it was a piece of cake. I just beat the game today. It actually surprised me how easy Demise was.. especially when I drank a Gaurdian potion-plus with a potion medal. I also brought two double-plus heart potions, which fully heal you two times each, but I didn't even need them. I'm on hero mode now.

Btw I hated the Imprisoned battles and the silent realms.

Just to clear things up for you guys, Demise ISN'T Ganondorf. The curse states that an incarnation of his HATRED will be reborn, not Demise himself. The visual similarities can be explained with the fact that Demise appears differently to everyone he sees. Thus we, as the player, view him in a similar way to Ganondorf. The evil with which we are already accustomed with.
