  • You are so cool! All of your puzzles are very creative, I only wish that you had more resources so that they could all be mass-produced and sold at lower prices.

  • overlapping-diamond-shape-thingy

  • I love your accent and keep up the good work!

  • I got a major headace from watching all these *cube* vids..

  • Dude i just cant get Enough of you videos , Great job by the way :)

  • if it's 2x2x23, it's not NOT a cube!

  • lol he said "it is a 2*2" and I was like -.- then he said "*23" and I was all O.O

  • It is a 2 by 2 by 23 (casually) LOL

  • ....thats not a fuckin cube just pointing that out

  • you are a god of making puzzels

  • Subscribed!

  • I dont see the cube

  • can you make a video of the making of your puzzles? i find them all very interesting and i wonder how you make them

  • @Toastuhh See watch?v=z62b9Io2_Us

  • Who Will Gonna Buy This Shit???

  • Comment removed

  • @TheBetterGamer I only reply when the question makes sense, and hasn't been answered over and over again.Typically, I do not respond to questions about price or nationality.

  • if you look at it from a certain side it looks like a VAGINA!!

  • WOW! Impressive.

  • @rickarutie i agree amazing both cubes even though there not very much cube shaped lol

  • 2x2x23 LOL! and, its not a very cubish cube =P

  • lol thats so unnecessary

  • YOY know how cube looks?

  • so i'ts actually a really big rubik's tower and you can solve it somewhat in the same way, am i right?

  • But its not a cube...

  • AMAZING

  • Those numbers just sound funny together... 2x2x23. One of those numbers just sound like they don't belong. cool cube!

  • its not a cube so dont call it the overlap cube

  • these are incredible but you should try asking a manufacter to try to make the design so they'll be cheaper than they are at the moment about $30 would be optimum i think but don't know how hard it is to make so i don't know. But i have a friend that would love these.

  • @42Mrchadman42 he cant make them in mass production because he wouldnt sell nearly as much as you need to make a profit

so he makes them with 3D printers, which use very expensive material, thus the high price

  • holy sh**

    how did you make these?

  • @tubeyoukonto the link is to shapeways so they are printed on a 3d printer

  • waiting for 23x23x23

  • goshhhhh how many algorthims do we need for that

  • @albinpaulkato Not many... theoretically, it would be best to solve from the center outwards, each time essentially reducing it to a 2x2x3 puzzle, with a thicker and thicker middle layer.

Nonetheless, it's a very interesting puzzle.

As with all of Oskar's puzzles, I await the day it becomes mass-produced... sorry, but the cost to get it from Shapeways is prohibitively expensive for me. XD

  • how many cubes/puzzles you has created?

  • That Cube Looks Awesome.... I Just want to see somebody solve it. (x

  • i love your cubes but i hate your creepy accent :o

  • i want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Looks like a vagina...

  • when you mean highest order puzzle do you mean like layer wise like most layers on top of each other?

  • @MFRoosy16 Correct.

  • @OskarPuzzle nice puzzle man!

  • is dit koopbaar?

  • Ive been watching so much of your video's and at this one i thought to myself,

"Do you ever scramble them (randomly) and solve then in your spare time? Or do you build them mostly for show?"

  • I don't think that is a cube.

  • Can you solve all of the puzzles which you've created?

  • "2 by 2 by.....23" O_O

  • I thought this was a cube.

  • I used to solve overlap cubes once... Then i took an arrow to the knee.

  • ^o^ panku box from Jakie chan Advetures

  • it is two....by two....by TWENTY THREE

    lmao :P

  • I am seriously considering purchasing this. Great work Oskar!!

  • EPIC

  • The Matrix of Leadership!

  • I plan on getting this puzzle in the near future. Any chance of coming out with one wher the colors of the "cubies" are part of the puzzle instead of it being stickered? Because making replacement stickers seems like itmight be tough work.

  • Shape shifting it must be a sad person for it who bought it

  • Is 23 the limit to the amount of layers the puzzle can have with this design or can it theoretically go even higher?

  • @Nebagram There is no known theoretical limit

  • @OskarPuzzle holy shit thats awsome

  • 1 dag in zijn brain en je zou rijp zijn voor een psych...

hoe briljant kan je zijn...geweldig om te zien....

    big wow...

  • i was like in the beginning - two.. by two... by (waitfor it...) two...twenty three?!

  • You make the coolest puzzles . how long does it take to come up with the Ideas

  • If you were to turn one of the 2x2 sections while the x23 section was partially turned, would the pieces fall out?

  • @kinexkid No, the pieces stay in.

  • Wow just wow

  • looks scary...

  • Could you show us you designing a puzzle?

  • Easy!!

  • greetings from america!

  • Cube????Thats not a cube.....

  • core=??

  • @daritofan96 Core = two half-cylindrical pieces bolted together with an M3 bolt

  • WTF!!?

    A 1 x 2 x 13??

  • oksar, your 17x17x17 is definitely the most amazing thing that i've seen from you yet, seeing you skipped 15x15x15, and 12x12x12, and 16x16x16, and went for the monster. but what i respect most about you is that you can make a 17x17 rubik's cube, or choose to make a 2x2x23 cube... equally monstrous, but just as incredible.

  • First somebody in 2008 goes and sets a new world record for the 3x3x3, and now this guy sets the world record for biggest cube size.

It's good to live in the netherlands.

  • Holy crap, amazing. There's nothing else I can say.

  • wow...

how the hell did you manage to sticker that thing?!

  • telescopic design right?

  • @0lolop35 Correct

  • how you create this puzzles?

  • @MateusTeruelBR CAD + 3D printing

  • looks awsome

  • oh god. sir, you are insane. keep it up.

  • does it shapeshift?

  • looks like tooth picks :P

  • Tht 1 rocks I want 1 (:

  • Now make it shapeshift PLZ

  • how much is this assembled and stickered or is the shapeways one already stickered and asssembled?

  • @VCube100 Shapeways just prints and sends the pieces. Please send me a private message for a quote for a complete puzzle. Note that I have to charge for VAT, additional shipping, stickers, dye and assembly.

  • @OskarPuzzle ok thanks

  • were can you buy that thing

  • @AnnoyingAngel1 If you were truely interested in that information, what would be the first place to look?

  • cant you just make an extended 2x2x24 and break your record

  • I soo wan't your puzzles but can't afford :(

  • am i the only one that think about lips at the beggining?

  • cube?

  • can you solve all of your puzzles?

  • that would kill me...

  • Je hoort zo dat het een hollander is

  • Damn. Are there people that can actually do this shit?

I find it amazing how you search for the impossible.

  • jesus christ.....23?!

  • nice job oskar

  • hahahahahahhahaha, very LOL :)) :)) :))

  • you will never be sell them, because will not have any person is crazy to remove 1 large amount to such 1 job is meaningless, hahahahahahahahahaha.LOL

  • @nguyensonls I have sold already several samples to expert puzzle collectors that covet this world-record-breaking puzzle in their collections.

  • @nguyensonls epic fail.

  • @nguyensonls English Please.

  • How do you make your amazing creations? I would be very interested to know if you start from scratch or if you use a base and build off. Thanks

  • @jbKINGappREVIEWZ1 CAD + 3D-printing, check Shapeways for more info.

  • amazing were do u buy these?

  • @eiddas I am sorry, I only sell my puzzle to people who take the effort to read the description.

  • for its size i cant believe you can sell those!

  • What material are your puzzles in your demonstration videos?

  • @certifiedwhiteninja 3D-printed nylon powder using selective laser sintering (SLS) technology.

  • how do you make these please reply

  • is it fragile???

  • @BluePi1313 The nylon parts are reasonably robust

  • 2x2x23...LMFAO

layer allignment must be a pain in the ass

  • @jbKINGappREVIEWZ1 The layer alignment is surprisingly smooth.

  • I like what you have done... You've made cubes that could be impossible to solve (Tree Cube) , but what i like most is that you have made cubes that will take more than 20 minutes to solve (Like this one)

  • Ben je Hollander?

  • Well technically It's not a cube is it

  • how do you make the little tiles of this cube??

  • @ottithecube The parts were 3D-printed in nylon by Shapeways. The stickers were cut of vynil by Dr. Sticker.

  • nice i really like tis one too

  • my head hurts

  • thats gotta be a bitch with lock-ups

  • does it change shape?

  • @Mrstreetballer97 No, it does not change shape, as 23 is an odd number.

  • i was at 2010 nationals and someone had that. they treated it like it was 1,000,000 dolors

  • your puzzles turn so nicely!!

  • Solve it! Solve it!

  • ben je nederlands ? echt respecht man :)

  • I wonder how dull the world would be without such creative puzzles.

    I also don't know why I didn't subscribe earlier.

  • This puzzle is amazing!!! I first saw it on Shapeways, it's awesome! Do you sell them in black?

  • @1fastcubesolver The 3D-printed nylon puzzle comes out bright white. I can dye it many colors, including black. Shapeways also delivers the pieces dyed black, if you order it that way.

  • @OskarPuzzle Can we buy the puzzle through you, so it is stickered and dyed black?

  • @1fastcubesolver Yes, you would pay me extra, so I'll dye and sticker it for you.

  • @OskarPuzzle About how much extra?

  • man ur crazy,

    but awesome :)

  • Very impressive!

  • soo crazy man wooooooow

  • u rock!

  • holy balls! 2x2x23?

  • whats the point

  • @leparditas Because we can!

  • @OskarPuzzle i can impropve this record.you just need more mattirial.

  • i thinq that's not a cube

  • god damnit 2x2x23 this guy is amazing!!!

  • You know what else would make it a world record? solving it blindfolded.

  • what an odd number to make it. 2x2x23

  • This looks awesome.

  • Is the "triangular" shape of the puzzle caused by costs of 3d printing, or some design issues ?

  • @shantee01 You have guessed correctly. Less volume = less 3D-printing cost.

  • why dont u cast molds for your puzzles so that they are made of plastic and not the 3D printer stuff.? the quality would become way better :P

  • @yit2525 That is more work. But please find me someone who would be willing to work for me for free to make those cast moulds and plastic models.

  • @OskarPuzzle i would work for you if you gave me the materials to do so. and sent it off to me. but i would need to have some practice first :D

  • @OskarPuzzle i wouldnt do it for free but i would be glad to do that for you :P

  • can u solve all your puzzles?

  • @0wlstudioz No. Designing twisty puzzles is something completely different from solving them. I'd rather spend my precious time on designing.

  • I saw this on shapeways it looks really cool :D

  • Congratulations for breaking the world record. Guess someone makes 2x2x24 now in response to that. Very interesting mechanism also, as seen on Shapeways.

  • I really want that cube now.

  • that is awsome

  • Will this be submitted to the Guinness Book?

  • @Benivey2 Please do!

  • crazy...

  • Holy dear mother of god.

  • Amazing! I want one!

  • @blabby102 Feel free to buy one from my Shapeways Shop

  • @OskarPuzzle I wish I could but I don't have any money.... If I was rich, I would buy all of your amazing puzzles Oskar. For now, all I have is computer simulations.

  • Wow! I am amazed you built this! I saw this design on shapeways a while ago!

  • what the...
