okay so everytime i cricket, my head starts to tilt forward to where its literally about to touch the ground, how can i fix this? i've been practicing for about 7 months now, and its pretty obvious that im not improving, any type of advice would be greatly appreciated
@chrisisafish if you're leaning forwards WAY to much like you say, try having you legs further out. It might make the cricket harder but it should balance you out
if your footwork goes clockwise then you should go clockwise
if your footwork goes counter clockwise then you should go counter clockwise
but yea because if your crickets goes clockwise and if your footwork goes counter-clockwise, it's kinda hard to transition from footwork to crickets :/

@Integrizu dont necessarily kick. Its more like swing/sweep. HERE imagine that a bully is behind u. And ur KICK sand into his face backwards..do u get it?.. Its like the same motion. its like your heel is your toe and your toes is your heel
@crazayjohn alright. Make shur that your hand is pointing away from the body. If u use the left point TO the left. Right point to the right. also try to push harder and thrust harder
@kimphat18 your collapsing cause either your wrist isn't strong enough or your not in the right position. So when your watching tv or something practice doing a handglide freeze and holding it cause it'll build up strength in your wrist :) Hope this helps
