The problem with this particular version is both singers are trying to dominate and showcase their own vocals. Where as Kenny and Dolly were singing TOGETHER. In all fairness, K and D were already long established music icons and had nothing to prove to anybody.

I'm not saying that this is crap, because I don't like being like that. I think it would be good if the world wasn't used to it being nobody but Dolly and Kenny. That's the only thing I thought was sad when I went to see Dolly. When she did Islands In the Stream, there was no Kenny. Still brilliant, because she IS the Dolly Parton, but Kenny brings a certain bit that makes it what it is and is loved for. Good version, but it could never beat the vocals of Dolly and Kenny.
