  • troppo forti

  • cedo, brate reko si mu

  • Red hot chilly peppers entering rock n roll hall of fame, Deep purple werent invited yet.

    Ha ha he he he.

    Who cares anyway.

  • @excudebat red hot shit peppers, you mean.

  • Synth pop.

  • эта музыка просто башню сносит выший пилотаж профисиональной музыки .Спасибо

  • Great music and good vidéo

quand j'entends cette musique je ne peux pas m'empêcher à la forte

attraction que ce groupe et ce guitariste ont eu quand j'étais ados

avec Led zeppelin et les Beatles notamment.

  • Richie Blackmore, please come back to us and make some more great music...It is not in fairy land..We need your backbone and killer thrust....

  • @1stSaintsFan

Hello man, i believe that is not the point that Richie take car about music in the world, but i agree that after still nothing happens. Should e nice some new music revolution over the world. Richie is done enough, more then anybody else.

    Regards!

  • Deep Purple- Stormbringer ,super beauty.

  • blackmore is one of the greatest rock guitarists ever along with hendrix clapton srv and he never seems to age like brian may i dont know what his secret is but maybe he sold his soul a long time back ha ha

  • deep purple:il primo amore non si scorda mai

  • Blackmore...Still influencing rock guitar.

  • I was 16 when this album hit the stands at our local Western Auto store in the small town of Weslaco, Tx ... the new records of the time had just come in a large box and my brother and I had the honors of opening it up -- the new STORMBRINGER album was in front... we both grabbed up a copy each, knowing what to expect just by drooling over the cover art. The title song justifies the artistic composition, but some of the other stuff was confusing and I thought Stevie Wonder had guest-starred!

  • 16 fucking idiots!

  • blackmore in blackmore's night is a different version from blackmore when he was with dp...i prefer the latter version..but he's still the best riffers!

  • Man am I late or what... this is to me like listening to Bach or something, and I'm 19...

  • @SupernalOne stfu

    hahaha

  • I love the intro, don´t understand why they don´t use it more in this song as a riff/bridge or somthiing!?

  • only one man is better than Blackmore.....Blackmore in Blackmore's Night, he is more calm and melodic nowdays

  • blackmore on gitar yet, coverdale is vocal...

  • i have been listening to the mk2 albums for a while, and i dont know if i want to have an album with this singer.

  • i liked MK II but songs and MK III was better for me at least, more mature and less screaming

  • i nuovi gruppi hanno tutto da imparare dai "vecchi" gruppi

  • These guys are the most laid back, easy going you could ever meet. That is evident in the music and the length of time they have made such excellent music. They were my influence and inspiration since I was 11 and 'borrowed' my older brother's albums, until I could buy my own!!!.

  • Glenn Hughes did most of the really high notes, like the "you know we have no time..." section in BURN, with Hughes and Coverdale in the band they had the best overall vocals live because they could have backing vocals on choruses, neither could come close to Gillan, saw him once just blow my face off with screams, what a strong voice he had

  • @905Alive when it comes to screams glenn has an even higher voice than Gillan. Especially evident today.

  • the great dave

  • Nobody sings 'em like David Coverdale. Wish he'd get back in the studio.

  • FOR SOME REASON RITCHIE BLACKMORE HATED THIS SONG WICH I LOVE!

  • @ura239

Blackmore never hated this song, it was the funky songs on the album like Hold On which he hated, why do people like you talk such crap? you obviously know NOTHING!

  • @QueenReigns1 JOHN LORD HIMSELF CONFIRMED THIS FACT ABOUT RITCHIE REGARDING STORMBRINGER.WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE YOU TALK SUCH CRAP? YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW DIDDLY SQUAT!

  • my 8 yo boy plays this song on drums

check it out on channel of user road2000ster

  • If you look up "guitar" in Webster's you should see a picture of Ritchie Blackmore beside it. 'Nuff said.

  • yes that's right mikesenny

  • I agree that David Coverdale is very great Singer!!!!

    I love you Guys!!!!!

    Great Song!!!!

  • Here is a perfect example of a great hard rock song that blows away the new crap you hear these days. It seems today it's all gimmiks such as devils, metal/ rap and other garbage. Deep Purple is one of the best ever.

  • I love all the old DP live photos, paired with the classic tune-- nice job!

  • Great! David Coverdale is an awesome singer!

    A true rock classic!

  • Fantastic. ^_^

  • Dunno if anyone ever read the Elric Series or not but that is where they got the inspiration from for this song Stormbringer be the name of the sword Elric uses. =D

  • Yep, there were a series of very popular novels in England during the 70s. GREAT books!

  • where is the music today such as this? Blackmore is a master-genius of riffs and solos.

    A masterpiece

  • a capokk

  • search rata blanca & glenn hughes stormbringer. That is a nice version with Glenn and an Argentinian band.

  • Gotta get ready!

  • Eveybody loves and speak about the mk2 Purple formation, but I do love the mk3 equal.

  • I love Mk1 lineup also.

  • damn, now that's what I call hard rock! gosh Blackmore is one of the craziest riffers I have ever heard in my life! kick-ass song. fuck, Deep Purple were truly underrated band.

  • only underrated to people who dont know good rock or dont appreciate musical talent.

  • @vytautas70 I think Doug Aldrich is better.

  • @TheKnightSolaris by comaprison, how many hits has Doug Aldrich writen vs Blackmore? How many Bands has he created that are now considered some of the greatest bands of hard rock/heavy metal? how many lists of Greatest Guitarists of all times has he been included in (if not topped off, lists are of course subjective to the writer) My opinion purely, but you cant compare apples to oranges. Doug aldrich is good for what he does in whitesnake, but hes is NO blackmore. never can be. Cheers mate

  • @vytautas70 underrated by you, not by me !

  • my all time favorite deep purple song !!!!!

  • deep purple yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh, the best of 70´s

  • this is class pure pure class...end of story!!!

  • this is rock,yeahhhhhhhhhhh

  • THE HOLY TRINITY OF HEAVY GUITAR- Blackmore,Page,Iommi. Simple as that, I dont want to hear no flames, no retorts, you all know its true.

  • Yeah, pretty much

  • @harveydents you forgot hendrix!

  • @harveydents

You are 101% right. Only want to add: Blackmore are for sure #1.

  • @harveydents Hendrix?... Eddie Van Halen?

  • @harveydents You forgot Randy Rhoads...

  • @leftr1 Yeah he is in my top 5 Page, Blackmore, Iommi, Rhodes, Howe.....

Rhodes was a god.... He did more on 2 albums (the 2 ozzy albums) than Eddie Van Halen (who i believe is extremely overrated) has yet to do.

  • @harveydentsI don't really like ranking artists. I adopt Serj Tankian's opinion about musicians. He mentions that, music belongs to all of us, not the artists. Finally he says that music belongs to the universe.... By the way: KEEP ROCIN’….

  • @harveydents There's a fourth man named Robert Fripp :-P

  • @DavidKinner i lovvv Fripp fucking genius....my favourite crimson albums are Wake of posiedon and lizard!

  • @harveydents Me too, probably the most underrated guitar player whoever existed, I don't care, some people will call me insane, but I will go as far as to say, that for me, Robert Fripp is THE greatest guitar player ever, so different, and he can play so much. Mine are In The Court, Lizard, Lark's, I got em all though, I got 35 Crimson albums, amazing band!!!

  • the verse riff sounds like a rage against the machine riff.

  • U do mean that rage had to steal or copy a riff?

  • no man not at all. just thought it sounded like a rage riff. morello is one of my favorite guitarists.

  • Yeah, it does, kind of..

  • exelent

  • awesome.

  • 5 best guitarist ever

    1.David Gilmour (pink floyd)

    2.Jimmy Page (led zep)

3.Ritche blackmore (deep purple and rainbow)

    4.Carlos Santana

    5.Mark Knopflerr (dire starits)

any other lists plzz post them

  • Dave Gilmour is good, but he's no Steve Vai or Malmsteen.

  • malmsteem is good but vai is pressing chrods so random that he can do bills while playing bills

  • vai sounds like the giutar is taking a dump

  • No Robert Fripp?

  • good list, everyone's list is different, so there's no point of someone thumbing you down, because if they show their list on another vid, it's for sure a lot of people won't agree with him. I understand you, but our list is not the same, but I understand you all the way!

  • Zeppelin, Purple and Sabbath have the BEST RIFFS! These are the truest rock bands ever!

Lol... You know their trubute bands:

    Virtual Zeppelin

    Virtual Purple

    Virtual Sabbath

Lol... And these are the only 'virtual' bands out there, that I can find...

  • that is a kickass definition, dude. i totally agree with you 100% but you forgot to include pink floyd. zeppelin, sabbath and purple were phenomenal, magnificent, exciting but david gilmour ranks right up there with jimmy, ritchie and tony . i had bamdmouthed or acted arrogant i apologize but it's just that david wasn't flashy or flamboyant as a guitarist. he was more of a working man's guitarist in which he let his work speak for itself.

  • They're not good with catchy riffs, except for Have A Cigar and Money... But still I love Pink Floyd! I love so much music, all music in fact, except Jonas Borers... Poor Syd... He got a mental disease, but at least they got David, wry to say, but David was much better than Syd! Syd was a good riff maker, Let's Roll Another One... But David out stands him anytime... And Jimi Hendrix should be added in this list and Eric Clapton, man the list goes on!

  • and there all english

  • no shit sherlock... like I didn't knew that, lol...

  • in the beginning you'll here something weird from Ian right before singing, record it with windows recorder and reverse.... "The cocksucker, motherfucker stormbringer"... And I'm serious here...

  • Ian?Don't you mean Coverdale?

  • Oops, grammatical error.I meant to say DO you mean.

  • Fuck it's true... It's the album Stormbringer, it's the SONG Stormbringer.... Yeah! I mean him...

  • Yeah, it's David Coverdale.

  • that guitar kills me....yeah!!!!

  • Can't wait, going to see them on Tuesday :D:D:D

  • TAKE ME WITH YOU!!!1!!

  • ride the rainbow

  • time for the MK 3 line up to reform and do a tour for the fans

  • Purple and Sabbath got the best riffs.

  • Led Zeppelin is with them 100% on the way! Led Zeppelin riffs are THE best too!

  • One of my fav from DP's great songs.

  • this is pure Rock n' Roll

  • isnt it hard rock??rock n roll is elvis prisley i think

  • i love this songggggggggggggggggggggg

  • In my opinion David Coverdale is the best Purple frontman. This original lineup i like best. And this is one of my favourite songs.

  • nah coverdale is best at slow songs gillan was best at fast hi tempo 8/8 16/16 songs

  • this only sound like deep purple... on the Mk III

  • I like stormbringer!

  • i like this song.purple rocks!

  • DUDE!! I just found out that a Finnish hardcore metal band, Turmion katilot, made a cover of this song!!!!

  • i dont understand why ritchie hates this album

my opinion is that this is one of their best if not the best

  • Nah, red hot chili peppers song readymade sound like this riff.

    =P

  • 12.08.2008 deep purple was finland hope it will come back

  • I love this song!!!!!!!! Long live Deep Purple!!!!!

  • imo, Stormbringer is one of the best "forgotten" songs by DP

  • xD too fun !! lets chat c my profile! k

  • Deep Purple made three damn good studio albums and one rockin' live album with Coverdale and Hughes. "Burn," "Lay Down, Stay Down," "Stormbringer," and "Drifter," are raging tunes.

  • hahaha - Clutch or Fu Manchu could not hope to drum tech/guitar tech for these guys...

  • To the younger audience - Listen to REAL musicians and LEARN from them. The "musicians" today are not true artists like these...

  • and who are YOU to be the arbiter of whats good?

  • 30+ years of listening and performing all types of music gives you the ability to appreciate good players versus mediocre players. Most youtube comments are opinions in case you haven't noticed.

  • ive been listening for mearly -18 years, and i know whats good or bad... its not hard, just any band from .50 and up to -81 rocks, everyone else sucks...

  • Your youtube comment is an opinion if you haven't noticed..

  • bullocks, you just haven't been listening to the right stuff then ;)

Try some Clutch or Fu Manchu

  • Their best song period.

  • Put the tv on this morning, rock tv came up so just had to. Ton of jobs to do as well.

No chance when it's Deep Purple and emerged to clean the hob at lunchtime, on a 42" plasma, now there is a reason for having one.

What a Saturday. ( is it raining outside )

Thank you for posting, and also a new favorite.

  • Coverdale's top 5.

  • just heard this for the first time... now i have a new favorite by deep purple :D great song

  • i like the Turmion Katilot cover.

  • Incredible song.

  • u know at the beggining when he says something i think its in a german accent some1 says rock star

  • actualy the voice at the beginning saying something,if u play this song backards the voice says "cocksucker mutherfucker stormbringer" check it out.

  • gillan and page??? holy shit!!

those are paice(drums) lord(piano) hughes(bass and back vocals) coverdale (vocals) and blackmore (guitar)

page plays in led zeppelin u.u'

  • Who is Strombringer

  • In the Elric Saga by Michael Moorcock it's a sentient black sword.

  • great ian gillan and page

  • page?

  • gillan?

  • Nope

  • yeah, i know. someone earlier had said gillan, so i was questioning that. :) i love this version of purple even more than mk II.

  • great song deep in my heart deep purple....¡¡

  • Killer bass line :)

  • man the keyboard intro puts the chills on me each time

  • What a song, what a singer, what a guitar..and the rest of the band amazing also. Perfection

  • epic solo, blackmores shows that bootlenecks is not only for blues

  • Yeah !! Great song

  • great band!!!

  • Very good sing from the MK 2 lineup. I always liked Gillan a bit more than Coverdale but just because he's on the most Deep Purple records. I have Purple Live in Cali 74' on dvd and David belts out those songs and so does Glenn Hughes. Ritchie jammed that night.

  • this song is from MK 3, =)

  • Turmion Katilot did a good cover of this, with a woman singer i think from nightwish. good stuff.

  • It was late and there was alcohol involved...

  • Hell yeah I'm gonna play it another 450 times

  • Great song!

  • i still have that album on LP

    it's awesome!

  • Man, I rmbr buying it in the 70's, but I'm afraid mine got way too overplayed like most of my LP's. They're all since long gone but I've replaced most on cd. :-) Damn, If I had a dollar for every time I played "Made in Japan" I'd be a rich man!!

  • Hehe..Great Man:-))

  • now THERE's a version of this great - check out australian band MINDROOM who play it also - the singer doesn't do the song much justice -but the band plays it well. A greaT ODE TO A great banddddd ...DP FOREVERRRRRRRRRRR

  • Fucking great song!

  • always been blackmore's best solo for me

  • this songs live version is way better.

  • this song is great. deep purple is a really talented band. david coverdale, ritchie blackmore, ian paice. they are AMAZING. the bassist also has a great voice.

  • mm..I guess I have to take back my views on the Coverdale period..I think I am going to love this song!!

  • I'd like to play this on rockband.

  • What the fuck do you mean rock band? Pick up a real fucking instrument and learn it.

  • No need to be a dick.

  • lol amen brother

  • what fuckn mean song love the whole album rock on f t w

  • This album is kind of hard to find these days. It is one of their best though. Not a bad track on it. Even the funky stuff works, and is one of the only consistently great Purple albums. Get it.
