to the people saying that his muscles don't look when hes on the beach and that it shows you how much steroids help. your stupid. its called a bodybuilders off season and its when they eat a shit load and try to gain as much mass as possible. they gain fat during this period but they cut it all off right before a competition

@fuckyeah009 also people don't realize that right before a competition (or before shooting a scene with no clothes in a film) he pumps himself up and his muscles get full of blood and look a lot bigger than they are when he's just relaxing on the beach.

so in every day life he doesn't look as big and well defined as he is when pumped up after a workout
