I dont like that cast much, except for orihime. But anyway they should be american actors because, I mean no anime character looks asian, they all look western. However, it will be stuffed up anyway because no single anime works in live action, even if its 100% japanese like deathnote. It has to be worth billions to work, and even then you cant capture the stuff that works in an anime without it looking completely stupid. So basically i hope that this isnt made.

the reason Anime characters have things like different hair styles/colours and not all black hair is simple. Anime characters are near enough identical. Only the clothes and hair distinguish them. Ichigo is not a Westerner he looks very Japanese to me. Seriously look at the video i suggested it makes the point much better than me

Actually I have to disagree with you on Naruto. Naruto is a multiracial cast. Yes Naruto actually has blue eyes and blond hair. I mean his mother was a red hair vally talken girl. For crying out loud if that wasn't a clue that Naruto is caracasion on dont know what is. Not to mention his clan is known for having red hair. Do you know any Asain red heads I dont think so.
In all honesty the only one of these I really liked (based entirely on looks for this decision) is Tamaki Hiroshi as Aizen. He looks perfect & his face is exactly like Aizen's. Takeda Shinji as Renji isn't bad, but not entirely sure it would work.
Very nice cast, based purely on the looks and ages of the actors, unfortunately I've never watched Japanes cinema or TV (except for anime) so I've never actually watche them act. Ofcouse Aizen would have to buff up a little and Orihime will definitely need a well padded pushup bra but all in all I like it!

I THINK I fucked up on the brown eyes part. But I have never met any Asians with blue/Green/Grey eyes I dont think.

Tan sin? Are you serious, man!? You'll find a vast majority of women, and some men, in Japan with very pale skin. Ex. Kokia, Kotoko, Misaki Ito, Shouko Nakagawa, etc.
That reminds me about hair color. You're saying Japanese "naturally" have black hair, then what about Tousen and Yoruichi, two of the black characters from the series, both have purple hair. How many black ppl have you seen with "natural" purple hair? Or what about the Espada character Grimmjow with his blue hair?

Again, really!? What are these "distinct" Caucasian features? Their noses? No. Japanese ppl also have keen noses. Their lips/mouths? No. Jpn ppl have small lips and mouths. Let me guess, their eye shape? No. You'll find large-eyed Jpn ppl just like you'll find squinty-eyed "wht" ppl. Or could it be their hair color? No. Again, an Anime-style.
No. What you call "Caucasian" features are merely HUMAN features. The same features you say wht ppl have black ppl have, Natives have, as well as Asians.

Really!? Seems like you need to open your eyes, dude. First off, this is ANIME. This is the way they view themselves as stylized characters. The hair and eye colors are used to give each character a distinctive look. Secondly, what you call "basic knowledge" shows your lack of. And you're right, it's not "racism" just ignorance. Basically, what you're saying is that for a Japanese character to be Japanese, they have to adhere/embrace that stereotypical Western concept of themselves.

You need to open your eyes! If you honestly think a blonde woman with green eyes is Japanese Asian their is something wrong with you.
Doesnt matter if its a cartoon or not - A persons race is defined by their look.
Or did you not notice the characters mostly have white skin. Your lacking in knowledge.
Globally these facts are accepted.
Sure, they can be from Japan by all means - But they are Caucasion.

No my man, you do. You fail to understand that Japan is NOT a European dominated country. As I've said before, they're not going to adhere to a Western standard. "Doesn't matter if it's a cartoon". Really!? Then how would you tell the difference between say an Indian(from India) and an African-American in Animation if they both have black hair, and dark skin?
Bottom-line: In THEIR country, THEIR characters designed in THEIR art form are Japanese unless otherwise stated. Do your research?

Dude, it's ANIMATION. How can you tell otherwise!? Look, in America a circle with 2 dots is by default a "wht" man, but if you add different features to it it becomes a different man. This same ideology is different in Japan, a completely different society. In THEIR society, a circle with 2 dots is a "Japanese" man, why...because Japans population consists of mostly Japanese.

manga and anime characters dont look caucasian...if u know manga/anime...then u wud know that when they do draw caucasian characters..they give them exaggerated steriotypical facial features..like big jaws, blonde hair, blue and smaller sized eyes...thats how they typically draw caucasian people..usually the rest is considered Japanese/Asian..Ichigo, Gintoki, Naruto and others that u ppl think is caucasian is actually considered Japanese its cause they make the character stand out from the rest

a live action movie would be cool and all but they already tried to get the rights to make a BLEACH movie from Tite Kubo but he turned them down. he said he doesn't think BLEACH is something that should be turned into a live action movie
