I've only done 14 reps of squat machine in my whole life, I was 19, no injuries or health issues. I did one set, light weight, and on the FIRST FIRST FIRST rep I had a weird pain, not soreness but pain in one or both knees, can't remember, tried it again months later, same thing... I can squat my 1 RM w/no pain at all... never touched that machine again!

Dips are awesome and i have no issues what so ever. No warm up assisted or unassisted its all good!. But yeh its what suits you. The only problem with them is they are super intense and if you do them first you will lose a lot of energy for the rest of your work out.

did you warm up?? the pain u had sounds a lot like i had when i did some chest presses without building up in the weight. i didn't jump into the working set but for some reason it was too heavy to start the workout with. it felt like a joint was stuck in my chest everytime i was working my chest. but anyway warm up good and dips will work with you

Arent you supposed to do Chest and Tris on different days??...If you dont, you arent getting the full power from your tri's to lift the max amount of weight because your Tri's are already a little fatigued from bench/incline/decline etc.

The dip thing is probably because you guys are heavy. I remember i did dips one day and i was fine, then i did dips another day with a weighted vest and i snapped some shit up. so maybe its because of the weight. if you guys are willing, share your opinion on this scenario.

is it weird that i recently too got hurt while doing flat bench press, I think I now know what caused it. My elbows weren't in enough they were way too out causing ALOT of stress on my ac joints and as i came down with the bar my left shoulder felt like it was tearing to pieces. It's been 4 days now and it still hurts like hell, kinda made me hate flat barbell bench press now i gotta go to the doctors tomorrow.....FUCKING GREAT.

HEY TWINS! I invested in some beta alanine.. I know u dont like it.. but it gives me the same strength and endurance as jacked does..and its already in jack.. If u want the same reps jack3d gives you without the stimulants I would buy it and try it out.. It works.. jack3d is actually cheaper But If anyone doesn't want the stims Id try beta alanine.

After every one of my workouts I get aches and pain I feel really sleepy but can't sleep my heart rate is above 100 and my dick shrinks and it takes for ever to get an to get it hard. After a night sleep or a long nap I get hard for now reason I'm easy tick off by people and I just get angry at the world women becomes nothing more then a piece of meat to me. Man weired shit happens to me after I workout.

Arent you supposed to do Chest and Tris on different days??...If you dont, you arent getting the full power from your tri's to lift the max amount of weight because your Tri's are already a little fatigued from bench/incline/decline etc.
Just some advice....You dont have to FFFFFFFFFFFFFuckin take it if u dont want to..lol
