Alien Abduction or Sleep Paralysis?

I had a simular experience and I found this very spiritual guy named astralboobaby right here on Youtube and he gave me some really good insight on this! As a matter of fact, he just did a video about sleep paralysis and stuff. Maybe you should write and ask him what happened?

inter dimentional beings came and helped you. you were induced into sleep paralysis and the key that you got was you let go, that allowed your body to OBE. when you were out im sure the beings cured you physical body, and when you were in that room in OBE state and the thing that went up your feet to head was how you had your spirit cured. They had to do both with you body and spirit or astral body energy work what ever you want to call it. They saved my life too in 2007.

wow buddy i remember dreaming about being on another smaller glowing planet king of like mario galaxy i know it sounds stupid but thats what i experienced no bull saw other people on this smaller planet staring at a brite light in the sky and then remember being dropped off on the roof of my house in the morning and then waking up on my bed in the morning, the ship was a triangle and it looked liked it had black lights at each point underneath the ship, no bull.... i believe you guy

I've had what I've always assumed to be sleep paralysis approximately once. Saw no aliens or anything else freaky. Just had the sense that I was floating (beside my bed, not on it) and couldn't move whatsoever. It was pretty scary stuff. But I think it could just as easily have been a vivid nightmare. When people /do/ see aliens and that, though, I'm pretty sure what they see has more to do with pop culture than anything else. If they'd never heard of aliens, they wouldn't see them during SP.

@tom3lce At the time I knew nothing of aliens or abductions, unless through osmosis, lol, even when the experience occurred I referred to them as 'beings'. Only now with so many abduction stories out there, I just ask whether this could have been the case or not.

@jlc33300 Maybe that would explain why you weren't able to pinpoint any details about their faces or bodies? When I was a kid, before I knew anything of aliens, monsters and all that, any bad figures in my nightmares were just shadows. But yeah, if you were to ask me what happened to you was SP, but draw your own conclusions. I'm just glad my SP wasn't too trippy =D

@tom3lce I agree, no frame of reference for aliens so just shadows, what gets me though is the trip into the sky, again, just a dark room no view of an actual ship or flying object, so yea that makes sense since up to that point had seen or heard nothing of it, but hey who knows right? anything is possible, lol, I also like to think that an out of body experience occured when I "returned" to my room, but that could have been part of the whole SP as well.

I've experienced sleep paralysis a couple of times about 2 or 3 years ago. Lucky for me I don't go through it anymore. It is a creepy feeling, but I never heard or seen things like most ppl say they do. I guess i'm grateful for that. The only thing that would happen was I couldn't move, speak or anything when trying to wake up.

ive had that a few times jlc and i can only descibe it as bein sheer terror, the only way i can seem to wake myself up is by movin a finger or somethin or managin to speak,,,,then i snap out of it,,,,weird thing is i have a pain like pins and needles, i can feel it startin at my feet and slowly goin up to my head,,,,agony!.....afterwards my adrenaline is pumpin so hard its like ive run a race

It would happen more than once probably if it was abduction and there would be a lot of other little signs too, you wouldnt mistake the two if it was happening to you

i don´t think people mistakes SP with AB, i usually have sleep paralysys ,and when i do, i proyect and fly, and when lucid dream, i dream what i want......never seen something to scare me

i keep on feeling myself get sucked out of my body when i go to sleep... does anyone know wots going on? I see and feel other beans in the room, it gets mixed in with my dreaming aswell because i am trying to forse myself to sleep but then this happens... weird... am i alone with this one?

i've had SP all my life and its allways scary and i have to press my self out of it, if i dont i think ill die from choking or my brain wont handle the pain from the continuing loud sound hammering in my head. this sounds more like a vivid dream not sleep paralysis.

People who been abducted by aliens describe their abductors as gray beings with large eyes, medical examinations, implants and alien pregnancy and so on..Do you call this sleep paralysis or a hallucination? when people around the world reporting the same elements what they describe about their experiences and their abductors? Some thing is going and more research should be done.

Maybe in some cases but skeptics can not eliminate the whole Alien Abduction phenomenon by saying its just sleep paralysis is the main cause. Sleep paralysis does not explain for people who saw or confront a UFO while driving in their cars or taking a hike into the woods, implants and some authentic photos of UFOS that cannot be explained. You have reports around the world globe who are doctors, lawyers, police all kind of people walks of life seeing UFO and aliens which are strikingly similar.

You had a fever and were hallucinating. It is quite common.

I had german measles badly as a small child, which triggered a high fever. I woke to find my bed covered in giant caterpillars and I couldn't move. Eventually I was able to move and run into my parents bedroom - I was screaming uncontrollably. It took them quite a while to convince me there were no giant caterpillars on my bed. I'll never forget the terror of that fever-induced hallucination. It was absolutely real.

Hallucinations after waking, and sleep paralysis I believe, are quite common during fevers especially in children.

I am open to the possibility of alien abduction. But you were hallucinating. I knwo because I had a terrifying hallucination as a small child with german measles and a high fever - giant caterpillars all over my bed.  It was absolutely real and I was wide awake. It was a night terror.

I want all you UFOlogists to realize something, it is a strawman to say Skeptics are dismissing the entirety of the "abduction" phenomenon with the Sleep Paralysis theory. There is also something called Temporal Lobe Epilepsy that causes psychic seizures (no, it has nothing to do with psychic powers. search wikipedia) which cause hallucinations like seeing little people with weird faces. People without TLE can also have these seizures under certain rare circumstances.

sounds like a mixture of sleep paralysis and astral projection... my paralysis freaked me out cause I saw the shadowy figures and I tried to scream and move but obviously couldnt... what still bugs me the F*CK out is that I was being dragged off my couch and when I snapped out of it my leg was off the couch... so yea freaky

I know what this guy's on about. Seeing everything in a 360 degrees bubble ... It's like looking through a fish eye camera but in 360 degrees (If you know what i mean)...
