This is dumplings? It looks like you were making pasta with chicken.... dumplings are mashed up with dough covering meat/fillings on the inside

what you are talking about are asian dumplings. southern american comfort dumplings are essentially cooked dough

@killurmotherfauker yeah, I don't like the asian dumplings; traditional chicken and dumplings consist of flour (Bisquick) milk, butter and egg.

@Alina674 , I know you asked about this in a comment sometime ago. In case you haven't found it yet, Paula's House Seasoning is:
1 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
