nice shot il be a freshman next year and i have a throw down of 2.16 ,but i saw the comments and was wonderng what you guys thought would be the best motion for the throw.(step catch throw or rack and fire) p.s. I have a pretty good arm so a can do either

nice I am a 12u softball play and i can sometimes get people out my i cant really throw all the way sometimes
