  • I love that proclaim glossing polish!! I use it EVERY DAY after I straighten my hair or blow dry it. It's sooo nice! and my hair is soft and shiny ! :)

  • -not saying your hair looks bad- but it looks like its heat damaged, probally cause the relaxer straightened it out, and i think you should comb it when its dry..it looks like dread locks kinda, your really prettty tho.

  • I love ur hair and ur so pretty!! :)

  • Another great spray from bed head that gives soft hold is spoil me i can use it everyday with no residue or crunchiness :)

  • do u have hairstyle videos?

  • u should try instyler to have straight hair never use al them chemicals bad for ur hair in the long run

  • DO NOT! GET A RELAXER.

  • I'm biracial too I'm Cape Verdean and Irish, you have beautiful hair my hair is very similar to yours except your hair is a bit longer and mine is a little less curlier, wondering have you ever used black hair care products on your hair? I would love to try them but always assumed they were a bit too heavy. I use Bed Head like you

  • youre so beautiful

  • your very beautiful & i love your curl,

i also love your make up.

    sexyTAH.

  • to any biracial person thinking of relaxing their hair, this is some advice you really have to be careful with it cus you might end up with straight hair also, i would consider getting a texture softener which also loosens the curl pattern and is less dangerous than relaxers if you dont know how to do it properly.

  • I am bi-racial, from the Caribbean, and my hair is CRAZY. It never decides what to do, it shapes and molds any given way, sometimes it wants to be curly others wavy and it flips at the ends awkwardly. My hair doesnt have ringlets, or those pretty curls ive seen in some girls, its more like super wavy, and super thick, and if let alone it kind of looks like a triangular afro of waves. Picture a poodle. I really dont know what to do with it. I remember when I relaxed it my hair was FRIED

  • your hair is pretty. i will try your products. When you apply a relaxer how long do you leave it in? Do you let it straighten the hair completely or rinse out the relaxer when it is wavy..?

  • great tips

  • Omg, I love you hair! my hair is like your just thinnerm and a bit more straight.

  • im mixed too but im black and mexican and i really LOVE redken extreme anti snap esp the sallys version cuz its cheaper :)

  • Great vid!!!Very helpful.

    Thanks for sharing it.

  • awesome video, very informative, I really wonder where i can (if i can) get that Generic Anti snap here in Australia? (i have seen the Redken one but it might be cheaper??) anyone know?

  • i wouldnt recommed any tresemme hair shampoo's or conditioners, they are impossible to wash out, strip the colour and leave it really greasy. stay away from their shampoos or conditioners

  • imm mixed as well .. my hair is nice and soft but it gets very frizzy so quickly and i would not place a relaxer in my hair so do you have other ideas on hair care besides relaxers and perms just like something to keep it not to friz so much like when i wear it out like yours it always gets frizzy after 20mins and turns to a mini afro so plz plz plz give me some hair ideas thanks ?!

    --JAZZY RED--

  • I am interested in getting a mild relaxer. I am biracial, and I believe our hair might be similar. I was just wondering, does getting a relaxer get rid of frizz. The only reason why i would like a relaxer is to get rid of frizz. THanks so much.

  • @colorfulsin The relaxer is just going to loosen your curl pattern. Sometimes frizz is a product of damage, and relaxers can damage the hair, so I would be very careful.

  • @colorfulsin Relaxers dont just get rid of frizz. Real relaxers DO STRAIGHTIN HAIR. i wouldnt suqqest getting a relaxer.

iDk what she used, but the relaxers ive been getting since about 6(which i am now STOPPING, i HONESTLY have never felt biracial because of my hair being relaxed) straighten my hair.

  • @mixedmamiiD My hair is still quite curly with relaxers. I have been getting them since age 12 and I have always still had curly biracial hair and would have to use a flat iron to get my hair straight. I agree that relaxers are not the answer if frizz is the only concern.

  • @oBostonLvr when you have a relaxer, it is normal to still have to flat iron your hair lolz

  • great video, thank you for sharing. you and your mom are both beautiful, your father is a fool.

  • Nice video : )

  • looking at your hair you and i have very similar hair but it doesnt seem like you are using adequate products for relaxed hair. Most of those products are for healthy or well unprocessed hair A great relaxer is phytospecific and it allows the curl to be slightly more defined and healthy and i doubt you should be washing your hair every other day. Also you should be alternating had proteins like emergencee and hydrating treatments every other week. hope ive helped* i hv waist length relaxed hair

  • I'm always open to product suggestions. What treatments do you like besides emergencee? (I tried that one and didn't care for it at all) I've gotta wash it every other day though - any longer just makes me feel unclean.

  • i love the curls rock, i have been using it forever, it works so great

  • Omg you are so pretty! and can you do that makeup look you have on plz? also i have really thick curly hair and i will definitly try these products

  • You go ahead and keep telling yourself that, but ignorant angry black men like you keep on proving me right.

  • dont blame black men hes an asshole dont entertain his ignorance obviously he is bored just block his dumb ass......oh and you hair is very pretty is that a braidout or your curl pattern?

  • That is my normal curl pattern. Thank you! :)

  • Yes she is. Maybe it's just a problem with black men.

  • my father is a piece of shit so whatever :)

  • Wow. It takes a pretty small person to feel the need to always put others down. And it doesn't matter what anyone says, I know my mommy is beautiful. :)

  • love your hair..do you do anything to promote hair growth..after I cut it last summer ive been trying to grow it long again

  • Thank you! I've been taking Biotin for the past few months. I don't know if it's made much of a difference though. I just haven't cut it (other than trims) since 8th grade, so it's really long. :)

  • hey great vid, im gonna try the products! can you do a video of you using the products in your hair?

  • Sure! Just give me some time and I'll get it done! :)

  • I was wondering if you wrap your hair at night?

  • u are so pretty!

    take care :D

  • You have a nice voice and you look adorable.

  • can you please do a video of your using the product please

  • Are you referring to the relaxer application or just a video of all of the daily products? I'd be happy to do either. Just let me know. :)

  • yes can you please do one for me because i've been waitin for alot of people request my comment but no one seem 2 have answer them so please do one

  • Washing your hair every other day isn't weird for biracial or AA hair. Too much washing is bad for us. Also, do you ever straighten your hair?

  • I know it's not that weird to us, but I grew up with all white people and went to 99% white schools, so those girls thought it was weird.

I have straightened it in the past. I just don't feel like myself without curly hair. I straightened it on halloween when I was cleopatra. haha :)

  • yeah im used 2 straight hair but i wanna do a nice curly look with a beautiful makeup looks so your gonna do it rght please say yes

  • Sure! I'll film an every day hair routine soon.

  • OMG! My Ma is a red headed, fair skinned, white woman and my bio-father is black and is also a peice of shizzle! I finally went natural about a year ago and your hair type is most like mine than anyone else on youtube. We are a rare breed. I hope you do more hair vids, doll. :-)

  • That's so cool! I've never met anyone just like me! Awesome! I actually filmed a hair video yesterday and I will post it tomorrow!

  • I will subscribe. :-)

  • great vid... can you do a tutorial explaining how you use your relaxer in more detail?? i've got super curly hair, have gone the professional relaxer route and can't afford it anymore. i'd be in heaven if i could do the touchups for myself!!

  • Yes, thank you for the request. It will be a few weeks before I need to touch it up, but I will try to film it when I do. :)

  • Hi, I was wanting to know if you've tried the real Redken Anti Snap and if so, how does it compare to the generic? Great tips. I'm not relaxed or bi-racial, but I know how it feels to deal with curly hair.

  • I have! I used the Redken Anti Snap for years and just tried the generic in the last few months. I think they are very comparable. The generic version has worked very well for me. :)

  • Hey! I am of mixed race aswell. I'm adopted so neither of my biological parents are in the picture. My biological mother is white with reddish brown (one the browner side of auburn) hair and my father I don't know what he is expect what I've been told. I've been told that he is Samoan and black so god knows what else I could have in there. I am relxed but I'm relaxed straighter than your. Just wanted to say hello :)

  • That would be weird to not be able to see what your parents look like. Maybe your dad's hair wasn't as "black" as mine was. My hair is very curly even after it's relaxed! Maybe your relaxer is a stronger strength.

Thanks for watching my vids! I'd love it if you could subsribe if you haven't already. I'll be doing more hair videos in the future. :)

  • thanx so much,im so addicted to your videos!!!!!.......you're beautiful!!

  • Thank YOU! I'm so glad you enjoy them-I sure enjoy making them! :)

  • your hair is gorgeous

    so are you!:D

i will try the shampoo and conditoner after i am done with all my other tigi shampoos and conditioners:) (i love tigi)

dont forget to try the new line foxy curls, the mousse is awesome and works better than catwalk (which is too crunchy for me)

    i hope i helped :D!

  • Yeah! That shampoo and conditioner is great!- The smell is AMAZING!

I think putting on the Curls Rock after the Redken Antisnap (or any leave in conditioner) and spreading it out is the key. I don't have any crunchy hair with it. :)

  • i will try the curls rock after a leave in.

    thanks:)

  • aww ur hair is beautiful!

u & ur mom are so pretty!

    xo

  • Thank you so much! People used to ask me if I was adopted when they saw my mom and it hurt my feelings so much!-I wanted to look like my mommy, I always thought she was so pretty. :)

  • Girl, u look like her!!!

I wish my hair was curly like urs!!!

  • These are wonderful tips!! You are great with your descriptions. I have such trouble with "frizz" and have tried so many products, it's crazy...next shopping trip I'm going to look for some of these products.

lmao@ "matted down like a nasty poodle".

And seriously, you're drop dead gorgeous (and your mom is too).

  • exactly what i was going to write!! great video. you are so sincere and sweet. thanks for your help!!

  • Thank you! <3

  • I love your long curly gorgeous hair. It is great to see the professional products you use and how and when to use them. A+. Love this video. Love the pictures at the end also.

  • Thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! It took me a long time to embrace this wild mane! ;)

  • Thanks for sharing your hair products. We have proclaim in Jamaica but I have never thought to try it.

  • I bought a shine spray in a big silver can from Proclaim and can't use it because it smells SO bad! The Proclaim Glossing Polish doesn't have any smell to it and it works really well. You should try it out. :) Thanks for watching!
