Of course, the canons hold that different Orthodox churches should follow cultural, political and linguistic lines. Read the synod of Chalcedon and St. Photios on this question. Ukrainian Orthodoxy is different from Greek or Russian, therefore, they should be under bishops who share this cultural connection, but sharing the same faith. This does not mean we are not all brothers. There is no contradiction here.

I absolutely agree - the Russian Orthodox are illegal tenants of Lavra - Lavra is Ukrainian Orthodox Holy Sacred Site and Russians must surrender Lavra to Ukraine - the Russian partriarch in Lavra do not support Ukrainian Independence, Cuklture and refuse to place monument to Holodomor - very fascist I would say

in the orthodox churche shouldn't be different countries and states. it's a unique church. the ukrains, gerogians, serbians, russians are brothers ans sisters.
