  • I'm really curious - did you make your needles?

  • I look at the (very) few dislikes and wonder, "how could you dislike this clip?" I think it is an awesome thing that you do and would love to be able to see well enough to do it to! You are an awesome artist. I had no idea that the clothes Coraline wore were real. Today, as yesterday, I have used my computer to learn something new and I think that is the spice of life.

  • thats amazing O_O

  • Wow, amazing!

  • Awesome, the smallest needles I have are #1 I believe, and it takes time... I can't imagine,

Now I want to watch Coraline!

When I first watched it, I didn't knit, next time I watch it I'm going to appreciate more the work involved, the blue thread was beautiful!!

  • I appreciate this movie even more now. I adore knitting. Just knitting a child size, long sleeve sweater requires a lot of time and patience....imagine knitting that tiny sweater. My goodness! I can't wait for the next movie.

  • the music starts creeping me out

  • knitting with sewing needles lol

  • we would have to wait for years to find out if theres a second coraline i wish there was

  • Imsgine if she dropped a stitch:L

  • best animation movie i've ever seen

  • Simply incredible.

It makes you appreciate the movie so much more when you know how much effort and love was put into making it.

  • It really goes to show on how long this movie must have taken to make!

  • @aprilblenk · It took over 500 people and four years to complete the film. Principal photography took 18 months.

  • Great clip thanks. I'm just starting out and have picked up some good pointers at ebeginnersknitting (.) com

  • minature fashion show lol this woman is amazing!

  • OMG i love the sweater with the fish and stuff on it!

  • Wooow, that would drive me crazy, knitting something so tiny :O Coraline is a true work of art, literally. I love that they create everything by hand, it's just gorgeous.

  • Holy heck of a hand cramp! I like it although....such detailed pieces! :D

  • omg!! notice they look like all of the ppl who were producing the movie look like they were in coraline O.O!! this girl looks like one of those ladys who own all those dogs, but when they were younger :L

  • Not even I wear XXS, It's probably like, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXS

  • Amazing. So much creativity and talent in just one small section of the crew.

  • crazy!

  • MAGIC!!

  • OMGGGG!! They are so good!

  • Why isn't this movie on Time's best 10 movies of 2009 again? Well at least it got the BAFTA and AFI. If Coraline doesn't dominate the 2010 Oscars, it's going to be an even bigger fail than the 2009 one.

  • @betterthanstrawberry

Damn right! Coraline for the win!

  • Because it would be a more expensive for the more materials I guess. It's also more fun (and cute) for it to be smaller. :)

  • Don't they mean size xxxxxxs? 'Cause I'm pretty sure xxxs won't cut it... Anyways, That is crazily small!

  • Wow! That is Awesome!

  • Another person doing what they love--and making a living!

    Brava, Althea

  • i would pay good money for one of those

  • Im in love with the cute tiny mitten! When I see it, I can like imagine all these tiny tiny people so happy to have something to wear lol! That is awesome.

  • omg!! this is so cutee!!!

  • CAN U MAKE ME ONE.

  • wow!!!! ..amazing..she's awsome!!! ..omg ..the little star, the dolphins haha ...great job!!! ..and yeap "she must be payed a lottttttt" f@#*ing a lot!!!

  • she must be payed a lot

  • She's so awesome. My favorite was the star sweater.

  • wow!

  • THIS is film-making with heart. Screw heartless productions, that overwhelm the audience with eye candy (Transformers 2 for example).

Coraline is the best animated movie I've seen so far. Fantasy orgasm!

  • Well put.

  • Oh my god! GOD! this is soo... superior :O

when i saw the coraline flyer I noiticed how her skirt even had relief... i thought ''souch effects...'''but those where no effects :O

    NA-AAAH!

  • Incredible !

  • wow, amazing :)

  • wow that lady is so good she could make me so much doll clothes

  • thats really amazing

  • oh my goshhhh, that's insane in the most coolest way possible(:

  • lol thats to cool I love how at th eend it says xxxxxs lol

  • :O ...omg. I'm totally gonna try that.

  • Wow! It must be real hard to make clothes that little!

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Damn, that is impressive. I'm getting the Coraline bendy figure in the mail in a couple of days, the raincoat version to be exact and since I found out she's naked underneath the coat I've been mulling over the idea of sewing something custom for her, instead of having to purchase the sweater version and get a whole 'nother doll as well. But... I'm not sure I can even sew that tiny lol

  • Amazing! I never imaged that so much effort would be involved in the clothing!

  • wow that amazing and i amagine how they got thoose things on the dolls

  • wow amazing she is so patient i cnt even do normal knitting i get 2 annoyed :P she has skill

  • Oh my God, the glove! I can knit, but I wouldn't have the patience to do the tiny little things like that... lol

  • Now I feel kinda lame for never having gone smaller than sz0000 needles and embroidery therad

  • Fascinating! And I thought making clothes for Blythe was tiny lol... very inspiring work.

  • unbelievable I had no idea they did that! no wonder it looks so realistic! a lot of work but totally worth it!!! Love that these things are shown now a days!!! these people deserve it!! they deliver perfection!

  • cool!

  • Wow! I don't even know how to knit a washcloth, life size.

  • something ignites in me when I'm watching your video, I'm not sure what

  • Comment removed
