@ ZowieFillups, it's technically open C6, with the lowest G tuned up a tone to A. I just mention it 'cos someone told me open C, and I struggled to get it for ages with CGCGCE!!

I have a 12 string and I don't want to tune it down because its too much work - can I play this in standard tuning? I can sure try I guess.

I dont think you can without at least changing the 5th string. He did not lower it to G so that creates a bt of a trick in standard tuning.
