I'm gonna try this out. I'm 24, m, 5'5, 175lbs. I lost 20 pounds the past 4-5 months just doing weight watchers and I'm ready to speed up my weight loss and stop being a fat ass. I trust this guy. I'll keep everyone updated.
I'm a bit confused. He says under the video to do this 20 minutes at a time 2X a day. But at the END of the video he claims if you want to lose MORE weight take a break and do it again, implying that 10 minutes worth is sufficient enough to lose weight.
If I just do 10 minute worth, once a day, will that help me lose weight? What if I did it twice? Doing these exercises for 40-60 minutes a day seems like a lot. I am only trying to lose 20 lbs. I don't look overweight so i'm in no hurry.

Brilliant routine. Jumping Jacks are underrated. They are great for building muscular and cardiovascular endurance. This routine will definitely make you lose plenty of weight.
i have a bad knee because i tore the ligament in it about a year ago and after about 100 jumping jacks it starts to reli hurt . .do you have any advise ?

1. 3 times a week or everyday if desperate to loose weight.
2. exercise 30 minute if you desperate exercise for 1-2 hours make sure you eat but not a lot cuz you losing your calories for nothing. Just eat healthy food like fruit, for iron chicken, etc or eat whatever as long not alot.
3. You need to put your mind to it if you want those nice body and stuff; you don't want to end up like some peoples said they will exercise and loose weight but it never did.
Works if you keep doing it everyday. Just move your body around, jumping jacks, push-ups, crutches ect. Keep up the pace and if you do it right, 10 lbs can be lost in 2-3 weeks. Its worth it.
And the guy in the vid looks like kobe bryant from far.

I've never really been well educated in terms of fitness so if someone who is could answer me one question, I'd appreciate it. If I were to do this workout 6 days a week on top of a diet that consisted of almost only fruits and vegetables with exception to a few meals a week for more protein, how long might it take to see any noticeable results? I'm 17, 5"8 and 198 lbs and would like to drop to around 175-180. So basically how long might it take to drop 20lbs based on my fitness plan? Thanks!
@MrVickyRockin Its 10 minute and 7000 Jacks burn 3500 calories, so every 2 jacks you lose one calorie. 10min*60sec= 600 seconds. theres 10 seconds workout then 10 seconds rest. So that leaves 300 seconds of actual workout. I do 12 jacks per 10 seconds so I so 1,2x300=360jacks in this workout. 360 jacks / 2(for every jack) = 130 calories. But the workout is actually a bit longer, but it comes close. Hope this helps you and the next time you can do the math yourself in just a few seconds! :)
This workout could be made more fun by incorporating more moves into the 10min. I could never do a 10min workout of only jumping jacks ,it would be too boring for me to be honest. I love the interval system of the workout thought.
This on your free dvd (THANK YOU FOR THAT!) and I did this and the ski steps ONLY (I didnt have enough time for the running ex.) and my stomach muscles have been aching all day. It may sound bad, but it feels good to know that just doing 2 of the simple excercises can produce great results OVERNIGHT (serious, i did this before I went to bed last night) I know that my 60 excess pounds will drop off fast :)
@nananayuo11 Yeah that's the diet method I am currently using, so glad that it worked for me too! I been trying so many programs but the diet plans from the site WeightLossAction. info is the only effective plan that helped me with my weight problems.

@alyssapx22 YES. Do this and his ski steps and you will feel (not see, but it will show up in about a week or so and will progress fastly) your stomach muscles will ache, but its a good pain knowing that it took quick and simple..
i do 30 sec high intensity(running, skipping rope) and 30 second low (walking, jogging etc ) and do it for 20 mins. IS this good workout, will it also help me lose 10 punds !!!

@Losermountain actually you would be burning closer to 12-15 calories per minute if you do 15 jacks per interval depending on your current weight. So you would burn 120-150 calories every 10 minutes, do this twice and the number goes closer to 280 (your body will burn lesser calories for every progressive workout hence dont do this more than thrice at a go, instead do it two times morning and evening to get better results)
I had to become a pescitarian again so I can try to lose wieght. It doesn't help that my thyroid is dying. I'm not over wieght but I would like to be thinner. I also really want to get rid of saddlebags on my inner thighs as well as outer. Any advice?
@kenziekandy hey, you seem to have the same problems as me, I've got hypothyroid. I've got saddlebags too, what helped me lose weight is walking everywhere. Look for Jane Fondas abs bums & thighs vids on youtube, it tones and slims legs, and perks up your buns, if it feels too easy you can do it with small weights in your hands and ankle weights too. I don't know if you have belly troubles, but if you check out the belly dance tutorials on youtube that'll make your abs flat and waist smaller :)
If you cannot pronounce or identify something in the ingredients (on the label) then DON'T EAT IT!!! Educate yourself. Go see a specialist to give you extra support and good advice- if you have a lot of weight to lose. Fresh veggies (with chemicals sprayed on them), fresh fruits, and good amount of protein (no bigger than a deck of cards) and water at every meal. Eat 4-6 times a day. Breakfast is a must!! Egg whites and fruit, or greek yogurt and fruit, or egg whites and oatmeal. No CEREAL!!!!!
People have such a hard time losing weight because they don't honestly put all their effort into it. You need to be dedicated and diligent if you really want to lose 10 or more pounds. You need to be strict with yourself. If you can't o that, then don't even try it. Yo-yo'ing is not good for you and it messes up your metabolism. When you get up there in age, once you've done your yo-yo dieting, you'll have an even harder time to lose weight. Eat healthy, read the labels.
To lose weight you need to put the cookie down.. Shut your mouth to all processed, packaged, boxed or bagged foods. Eat all natural, no sugar added foods. Do not eat sugar free foods. There are so many chemicals that actually hold fat onto your body and create more fat. It is proven, look it up. Drink water, water, water. Eat protein, veggies and fruit. Lean meats, fish, any veggie, and lots of fruit. Make all natural smoothies. Workout is only 20% of the equation, diet is the rest.. 80%.
so basicly if I watch this video, and do your 12:16 jumping jack video everyday up to 21 days I might lose 10 pounds. OH that would be great if it actually works.

I used to have the same problem. If your feet hurt than stay light off your feet when you land, and keep off your heels, dont bend your knees too much. If that doesn't work than make your warm up more complex. Sometimes you could even put your feet in very warm water before and after the work out.
It's approximate depending on your weight ofcourse. I had been dreading the weighing scale but I finally took my weight today and I have lost 10kgs :D (22 pounds) in 3 months using this and the skii steps workout :). All it needs is some daily discipline on both diet and exercise front
@DarkAngelNCharmed yep this one is really good, do this workout plus the skii steps workout and you would see drastic changes in 2 months time, the key thing is to persevere and not give up, a lot of people after doing a particular workout for a week or two tend to give up, the key thing is to believe and clear any doubts that might creep into your system and you would enjoy the benefits in the long run :)

I've never really been well educated in terms of fitness so if someone who is could answer me one question, I'd appreciate it. If I were to do this workout 6 days a week on top of a diet that consisted of almost only fruits and vegetables with exception to a few meals a week for more protein, how long might it take to see any noticeable results? I'm 17, 5"8 and 198 lbs and would like to drop to around 175-180. So basically how long might it take to drop 20lbs based on my fitness plan? Thanks!

@MrVickyRockin Its 10 minute and 7000 Jacks burn 3500 calories, so every 2 jacks you lose one calorie. 10min*60sec= 600 seconds. theres 10 seconds workout then 10 seconds rest. So that leaves 300 seconds of actual workout. I do 12 jacks per 10 seconds so I so 1,2x300=360jacks in this workout. 360 jacks / 2(for every jack) = 130 calories. But the workout is actually a bit longer, but it comes close. Hope this helps you and the next time you can do the math yourself in just a few seconds! :)

This workout could be made more fun by incorporating more moves into the 10min. I could never do a 10min workout of only jumping jacks ,it would be too boring for me to be honest. I love the interval system of the workout thought.

This on your free dvd (THANK YOU FOR THAT!) and I did this and the ski steps ONLY (I didnt have enough time for the running ex.) and my stomach muscles have been aching all day. It may sound bad, but it feels good to know that just doing 2 of the simple excercises can produce great results OVERNIGHT (serious, i did this before I went to bed last night) I know that my 60 excess pounds will drop off fast :)

@nananayuo11 Yeah that's the diet method I am currently using, so glad that it worked for me too! I been trying so many programs but the diet plans from the site WeightLossAction. info is the only effective plan that helped me with my weight problems.

@alyssapx22 YES. Do this and his ski steps and you will feel (not see, but it will show up in about a week or so and will progress fastly) your stomach muscles will ache, but its a good pain knowing that it took quick and simple..

i do 30 sec high intensity(running, skipping rope) and 30 second low (walking, jogging etc ) and do it for 20 mins. IS this good workout, will it also help me lose 10 punds !!!

@Losermountain actually you would be burning closer to 12-15 calories per minute if you do 15 jacks per interval depending on your current weight. So you would burn 120-150 calories every 10 minutes, do this twice and the number goes closer to 280 (your body will burn lesser calories for every progressive workout hence dont do this more than thrice at a go, instead do it two times morning and evening to get better results)

I had to become a pescitarian again so I can try to lose wieght. It doesn't help that my thyroid is dying. I'm not over wieght but I would like to be thinner. I also really want to get rid of saddlebags on my inner thighs as well as outer. Any advice?

@kenziekandy hey, you seem to have the same problems as me, I've got hypothyroid. I've got saddlebags too, what helped me lose weight is walking everywhere. Look for Jane Fondas abs bums & thighs vids on youtube, it tones and slims legs, and perks up your buns, if it feels too easy you can do it with small weights in your hands and ankle weights too. I don't know if you have belly troubles, but if you check out the belly dance tutorials on youtube that'll make your abs flat and waist smaller :)

If you cannot pronounce or identify something in the ingredients (on the label) then DON'T EAT IT!!! Educate yourself. Go see a specialist to give you extra support and good advice- if you have a lot of weight to lose. Fresh veggies (with chemicals sprayed on them), fresh fruits, and good amount of protein (no bigger than a deck of cards) and water at every meal. Eat 4-6 times a day. Breakfast is a must!! Egg whites and fruit, or greek yogurt and fruit, or egg whites and oatmeal. No CEREAL!!!!!

People have such a hard time losing weight because they don't honestly put all their effort into it. You need to be dedicated and diligent if you really want to lose 10 or more pounds. You need to be strict with yourself. If you can't o that, then don't even try it. Yo-yo'ing is not good for you and it messes up your metabolism. When you get up there in age, once you've done your yo-yo dieting, you'll have an even harder time to lose weight. Eat healthy, read the labels.

To lose weight you need to put the cookie down.. Shut your mouth to all processed, packaged, boxed or bagged foods. Eat all natural, no sugar added foods. Do not eat sugar free foods. There are so many chemicals that actually hold fat onto your body and create more fat. It is proven, look it up. Drink water, water, water. Eat protein, veggies and fruit. Lean meats, fish, any veggie, and lots of fruit. Make all natural smoothies. Workout is only 20% of the equation, diet is the rest.. 80%.

i have a question about this. i just did this exercise for the full 10 min and im about to do it a few more times, but for some reason, during the middle of it my feet started to hurt pretty bad. I was wondering if you(or anybody) may have any idea why this is happening. Thanks, just started these workouts this week.

I used to have the same problem. If your feet hurt than stay light off your feet when you land, and keep off your heels, dont bend your knees too much. If that doesn't work than make your warm up more complex. Sometimes you could even put your feet in very warm water before and after the work out.

It's approximate depending on your weight ofcourse. I had been dreading the weighing scale but I finally took my weight today and I have lost 10kgs :D (22 pounds) in 3 months using this and the skii steps workout :). All it needs is some daily discipline on both diet and exercise front

@DarkAngelNCharmed yep this one is really good, do this workout plus the skii steps workout and you would see drastic changes in 2 months time, the key thing is to persevere and not give up, a lot of people after doing a particular workout for a week or two tend to give up, the key thing is to believe and clear any doubts that might creep into your system and you would enjoy the benefits in the long run :)
