AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! this morning I went to Buddhist meditation and did a 30 min sit, after 15 I had to sit directly on the floor because my fat legs cut off my circ. That never happened before! Its about 30 F out. Just got in from 3 mile walk and my calves are sore.
